billsfan in n.h Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 yea,its affordable all right,because a lot of people moved out of town because there are no jobs so that leaves a bunch of houses for sale.on ebay you can buy a house in detroit for a $1000.00.but who wants to live there either.you can buy a house in niagra fall for next to nothing, 10 blocks from the falls. Also, if you get a heck of a home for less than National Averages, you still have to deal with NY taxes......
