billsfreak
Well let's remember that the late Bill Walsh thought Trent was going to be a good one. Dick(less) Jauron could f**k up a wet dream. It's entirely reasonable to think Chan sees what Bill saw and thinks he can develop Trent. PTR That could be the result, let's hope so. I like Trent, but the reason he is starting is because he is much better than the other choices, hands down. His upside might not be as high as Brohm, but there is a 100 times more of a chance that Edwards will reach his upside over Brohm reaching his. From what was written about camp so far, is Brohm really isn't being given a chance, Levi Brown is getting more snaps than he is, so the coaching staff must have seen something during OTAs and mini camps. PTR Maybe so, but what if Chan doesn't like what he sees in Trent and is having him go first so he can be one of the first cuts, so he can really get to work with the better QBs on the roster. Fixxxer
Yes they do and that in itself shows they know very little about football. That includes Gailey? Or that is just another conspiracy theory?
JohnC
Here is the reality of the 'winner' of this QB competition.... you know that little white speck on the top of chicken ****? Its still chicken ****.... Why would Chan Gailey select (preliminary) Edwards over the other qbs? Because he wants to sabotage his own coaching efforts? Your big fear is not that Trent will fail as much as he will succeed. You are so invested in your view that you feel that you can't graciously change your opinion because you would look like an idiot. I have come to the conclusion that you are an insane zealot.
