He's nice in the passing game, but we really haven't seen what he can do against the run. What with the Bills D-line's total inability to keep the Linebacker's clean against the run the last few seasons, and his own unfortunate injuries. Either way this is shaping up to be a big season for Poz. As everyone should be aware the draft is an inexact science at best. Careers in the NFL aren't made in a players first year or even his first couple of years. Poz is solid when healthy. There aren't any linebackers in the NFL capable of handling a RB coming at them at full speed, which unfortunately has been the norm in Buffalo in recent years. The knock on Fletcher on his way out of town was that he had lost a step. Possibly he was just being asked to do more than could have been reasonably expected.
