Seeing as it's finals week here at Cornell, I'm waiting until the weekend to hit the bars...but I have to fulfill my obligation for buying alcohol on my birthday, so I'm looking to patronize one of the great local vineyards around here. Problem is, as much as I enjoy wine, I know nothing about. Is anybody willing to provide helpful suggestions? No wine suggestions here BUT now that you are 21 maybe Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown might be an interesting day trip. Google says their # is 607-544-1806. Kevin Posted May 16, 2010 Share Posted May 16, 2010 BTW I'll be in Sonoma hitting some great places tomorrow. Have you ever gone to the foothills up and around Placerville, or Calaveras County Chef?
