Does Marshawn want out?

Recommended Posts

Or trade him to Oakland for Micheal Bush & draft Spiller for a return guy to give Jackson a break from return duties and break Spiller in to NFL .Then have a back field with three backs like the Giants did two years ago . Plus if Jackson shows any sign of slowing (cause some people think his age may be a factor), we would still have two young good backs for the future so there shouldn't be any transition time in the future if Jackson was to slow . What About it ??

Did you think Marshawn's effort this year looked like he wanted to be somewhere else?

His season last year was definitely sub-standard, for whatever reason(s). But as Nix said, he has a clean slate. All we can do is hope he stays out of trouble and works to improve. Because at this point, it looks like the running game will have to carry the offense.

No doubt, the passing game will be atrcious this year.

It would be a disaster to draft a running back in the first round, an absolute disaster!!!!!

The Bills will need a three year plan to account for the amount of time it will take to develop young players.

Year 1: Draft offensive linemen. They take a long time to develop, and having a good line will help with other positions. They probably should draft a run stuffing defensive lineman, the priority of these between o-line and d-line will determine whether it will be an offensive or defensive team.

Year 2: Draft the quarterback. Hopefully, it will be a good year for quarterbacks, and only draft a quarterback high in the first round, trade up if the team has to. Second and third rounds, draft linebackers and wide receivers. These players will also take time to develop. The team will have to draft at least three wide receivers because the team needs multiple receivers, it will create competition, and it will reduce the chance any single one will be a bust.

Year 3: Draft another quarterback if there is any question about the first quarterback, rinse and repeat. They can always trade away the loser of the quarterback competition. Otherwise, draft a running back. The team should draft linebackers, tight ends, defensive line or wide receiver for the next picks depending on who is available.

This is based on the fact that the Bills do not need to upgrade their secondary and depth players are chosen in the lower rounds.

I feel certain they are looking to dump Lynch. More to the point, I believe Nix has already stated what type of running back he favors, and will probably pursue.

They want to trade him, but finding a replacement that has his talent is hard to find.
