BillnutinHouston
Can't see them firing Kubiak now....one less opening to compete with. Agreed. Big break for the Bills coaching search. Kubiak was definitely on the bubble.

Doc
Hopefully 2 from among the Ravens, Broncos, and Jets lose. That way the Texans make the playoffs and there's no way they fire Kubes.

Fingon
Carolina won too, which should pretty much lock John Fox in as safe.

Fingon
If Cowher doesn't choose Buffalo I wouldn't be shocked if he took another year off. If he doesn't take a job this year, there is a good chance he won't get a job for another two years. There is a strong possibility there will not be football in 2011. GOBILLS78
Carolina won too, which should pretty much lock John Fox in as safe. He was locked in as safe last week when Jerry Richardson said he and his staff would be offered the option of staying. It's up to Fox.

Mike in Syracuse
If he doesn't take a job this year, there is a good chance he won't get a job for another two years. There is a strong possibility there will not be football in 2011. There is WAY too much money involved for their not to be football in 2011. This isn't the 1980's, the NFL is worth 10's of billions more. There will be pissing, moaning, complaining, crying, accusing, finger pointing and in the end it will get done. ThreeBillsDrive
Carolina won too, which should pretty much lock John Fox in as safe. The next week will be critical for Fox, his agent, and Carolina mgmt 3. Bob LaMonte, our Man of the Year and the agent for many NFL head coaches, will be busy this week trying to reach an agreement on an extension for Panthers head coach John Fox -- or trying to free him from his one remaining year in Carolina. If Fox becomes available, he would surely be a candidate in Cleveland once Mike Holmgren decides to fire current coach Eric Mangini. Speaking of LaMonte, word around the league is that when he was doing Holmgren’s deal in Cleveland, the only thing he didn’t get from owner Randy Lerner was a percent of interest in his English soccer team. http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/Sunday...-Post-2920.html
