buffalo_bills Posted December 31, 2009 Share Posted December 31, 2009 Defense: Byrd: yes Whitner: Backup because he plays the free safety i believe like byrd Scott: backup Wilson:yes Florence: Yes but probably nickel ( most underrated guy on this team) Mcgee: yup hes our best corner when healthy Mckelvin: yup hes a good young player with lots of pottential and dare i say it A GREAT KICK RETURNER LOL poz: yes our best linebacker by far mitchell: he needs to be more consistant but im sure he'll stay ellison: backup at the best, will be replaced Stroud: gone ( hes past his years) Williams: hes gonna stay Schobel: he'll stay as long as he doesnt retire Kelsay: no way hes back Maybin: I dont know what role he'll have, but hes in buffalo for at least 5 more years Offense: O-line butler-yes wood-yes levitre-yes bell- c ya hangartner- tough one to call, but i think he'll be around Qb's Edwards-he should be the backup! Fitz- get outta here Hamdan- who cares? wR'S[/u] Owens- gone Evans-hes here hardy-yup johnson-he'll b here parrish- i want him as a punt returner only Jenkins-specail teams so he'll b around rb's Lynch- He's havinga bad year for whatever reason, but remember hes a pro bowler and he will get back to his old form by next year so he'll stay Jackson: YUPPPPPPPPPP Needs ( 1 being the most important) 1. Guys on the offensive side of the ball who will probably be back- Hardy, Johnson, Hangartner, Fitz, Butler, Brohm, and Meridith. Guys on the offense who could go either way- Reed, Schoulman, Fine, Bell, InCognito, and McKinney. Guys on the offense most likely gone- TO, Edwards, Parrish, Chambers, Scott and Simmons. Now the defensive side of the Ball is one where it gets weird because a new coach might want to install a 3-4 which means even guys who were doing a good job on the front 7 might get traded away. Guys on the defense who will definitely be back- Byrd, McGee, McKelvin, and Maybin. Guys who will most likely be back- Poz, Kyle Wiliams, and Whitner. Guys who could go either way (A lot of these guys future depends on what system they will be running)- Schobel, Mitchel, George Wilson, Scott, Corner, Lankester, Spencer Johnson, Draft and Stroud Guys who are most likely gone- Ellison, McCargo, Kelsay, Denney, and Buggs. Here's my lists. Keep: Brohm (3rd) Edwards (Backup) Moorman Lindell St Johnson Whitner (FS backup) Fred Marshawn Drayton Florence G Wilson Bryan Scott (SS Starter) Poz Maybin Ash Palmer Rich Incognito Hangartner Levitre Meredith (backup) TO Evans Hardy Stupar (backup) Nelson Sp Johnson Schobel K Williams Stroud Butler Byrd McGee McKelvin Wood That's only 32 players. I have a list of 21 that I think we need to cut and replace with better talent. Some of that better talent needs to come in and start ahead of some of the incumbents. I don't have a feel for his talents/abilities but something tells me he the new regime need to make a point of getting rid of Lester the Leach and others like him!
