Of the teams currently in the running for a top ten pick, only Tampa was higher than sixth, but they will draft before buffalo as they will finish with less than five wins. So Buffalo (if they lose to the Manning-less Colts) would pick after any teams having the same record as they do based on the strength of schedule tiebreaker.
