They are used at the end of a sentence when a thought is unfinished. In your sentence "I truly believe you need to use spell check.....", you should have used a period. Your thought was finished and no assumption of an unfinished thought could be presumed. Therefor your use of ellipses was a grammatical error. Don't throw stones..... You're welcome Don. Any comma always goes before the quotation marks. I'll leave it at that and assume your spelling mistakes were due to carelessness. You're welcome. Certainly have nothing to add, except I really miss Skooby's threads on topics such as these and I do agree with the overall premise of the article- that I have blind faith that Jim Kelly does in fact have something up his sleeve. Believe it or not there is still a LOT of old Money in WNY. Yes I agree, there is a lot of money, All the schools, Border crossing, Big Energy... Hopefully enough to keep the bills In WNY.....
