I dont understand why everybody is so down on this guy? What the hell did Bill Cowher do that was so special...besides win 1 Super Bowl in a dozen+ years in Pittsburgh, sit out the last couple years, and get lucky that Roethlisberger fell to him? I would bet Cowher AND Shanny...AND Schottenheimer SR. will ALL fall on their faces, like Joe Gibbs did when they come back. The game is starting to pass them by. Mike Tomlin, Ken Whisenhunt, Harbaugh...they are all coordinators doing it the right way. I had a post about this a while back, and now I cannot find it...but like 80% of the teams have guys who have come in as a "HOT COORDINATOR" and have completely turned things around for said team.

Tony Moeaki is going to be good, very, very good. He is projected as the best sleeper in this draft McShay said in the Iowa game last weekend. But, I would much rather have Sam Young...I think he is going to be special. Would MUCH rather have Toby Gerhart than Pike.

BINGO! That is what I was thinking. Thank you! I have NEVER felt so confident saying something about a player, like I do this guy. Whatever "IT" is, he has "IT!" Drafting Tim Tebow and Toby Gerhart could be 2 of the best things this franchise could do right now to turn this thing around. Leadership and a will to win and never give up. Blue collar...these 2 would become cult figures...bigger than Kelly and Thomas (WITHIN TIME!).

Not going to happen...Wade Phillips is cursed, and so are we... ...therefore, Dallas will lose, get Cowher and win a Super Bowl in the next 3 years...and we will just keep on keepin on. Wow. This is REALLY weird. I was just "away" for a little bit, as many people know, and one night I was bored. I got into the movie cabinet at this place, and pulled out "Uncle Buck" and "Only The Lonely." The next day I said to somebody, "Man, I remember John Candy as a kid, he was such a great actor. I really miss that guy, and Chris Farley. They made some funny *bleeping* movies."

I am sorry. But, you CANNOT compare Tim Tebow to Eric Crouch, and especially Matt Jones. Tim Tebow has a will to succeed, a will to win. He is a naturally born leader. He is tough as nails. He has won a Heisman and 2 National Championships. He rewrote a lot of records, and killed MANY Florida University records, who have had better players than Matt Jones and Eric Crouch. Tim Tebow WILL succeed at SOME position at the NFL level, he will be a MAJOR asset of a Super Bowl winning team some day. My personal opinion is that it WILL be at QB. (The accuracy thing is just a myth, I have seen MANY times, Tebow threading the needle, with a lazer on a string, right through 2-4 defenders, to his target, between the numbers...he IS that good.)
