I’m waiting to comment until all the info becomes available.
IMO, people are too quick to pass judgement. Look at the Araiza situation from last year and how that’s going now? If this turns out to be a bunch of garbage, you’ll see Terry sue Trotter (and others).

This was a known problem coming into the season. Davis is MIA. Can't make a living throwing 3 yard short passes to Harty and Cook.
Said that was a huge concern this offseason, but not everyone agreed. Still wished the Bills signed Hopkins or another WR to be a #2 WR and take the pressure off of Diggs.

Unable to watch the game since I’m flying back from Seattle (via Alaska). Anyone mind saying what happens on the play, that way I can keep up. Thanks!

Does the flight have seat back Tv?
The airline has their entertainment through their mobile app. They give you the option to purchase wifi for $8. They give you about 20 movies and some TV shows you can watch for free.

I’m flying back from Seattle during the game tonight. Just finished our Alaskan cruise this morning. I didn’t see the option on YouTube to watch the game tonight (I have the NFL Sunday Ticket). Does anyone know if the ESPN app, or another website/app is showing the game tonight?
Luckily the airline gives you the option to pay for wifi.
Thanks!

Thought Ateman and Johnson looked good in the preseason. I know we can’t keep everyone, but I’d rather have one of those guys over Shakir who struggled in training camp.

Ateman and Shavers looked a lot better than Shakir, but I bet Beane will keep Shakir 😡

Glad I’m at a concert instead of trying to watch this disaster!

For the people that cried Josh and the starters shouldn’t play in the preseason…would you rather see a performance like this now or in the regular season?

Guess the Steelers didn’t like getting blown out by the Bills last season.

DeShawn should just “rub it” off.

Since the NFL Sunday Ticket is now on YouTube instead of Direct TV, do we have to pay a subscription for YouTube TV and another subscription for the NFL Sunday Ticket or does YouTube offer the Sunday Ticket by itself? I would hate to have to pay for another streaming service just to watch the regular season games.

Ravens vs 49ers. Ravens were blowing out the 49ers in the Superbowl, then suddenly the lights go out?

I wonder if his table jumping on draft night tweaked his back. How Billsy would that be?
That would be up there with the Gus Frerotte headbutt.

That (tying together threads) is the real achilles heel of Beane's OL builds. It's not that he doesn't put resources into the line. He has - maybe not as many high picks as folks would like, but OL is hard to scout these days so there's an argument to be made for picking up guys who have put down some NFL tape.
But there are two errors with a draft pick. One is giving up too early (analogous to Type I error in statistics. rejection of actually true null hypothesis) The other is giving them too many chances and too much time (analogous to Type II error, accepting an actually false null hypothesis).
When it comes to Cody Ford and now maybe Spencer Brown, Beane has been a Type II guy.
Brown reminds me of Torell Troup. Troup looked good early on with the Bills, but had a bad back injury which derailed his career. I’m hoping Brown will be able to fully recover and have a solid career as a RT for the Bills, but the reports so far in this year’s camp are worrisome.
Receiving concerns on offense

Figured I’d revisit this after the first game. Had 13 people disagree with me when I first posted this thread.
Looks like Playoff Gabe only had two receptions and did not do anything to take the pressure off of Diggs. The other WR’s that were brought in didn’t do anything of significance. Sure, there’s blame on Dorsey and Allen, but this looked like the same crappy offense as it did against the Bengals.
