I didn't like the holdout. The Bills rewarded him with a contract extension after we saw how good he was developing. The way he went about the holdout was a slap in the face to the organization that molded him into the high-quality player that he is. I'm glad he's back, and hopefully this will help the team out as Peters will be fresher towards the end of the year since he missed the OTA's, mini-camp, training camp & pre-season.

Considering we have a new offensive coordinator this year, a starting QB who only played 4 series in the pre-season and this being his 10th start as an NFL QB, I'd say our offense did good considering all of the circumstances. Any way you slice it, our offense scored 20 points and won the game 34-10.

Considering the monsoon like weather in the 1st quarter, I wouldn't look hard into those stats. But it is nice that our D held the Seahawks to 3 of 16 though.

It's ashame that Henry couldn't get his act together, and McGahee turned out to be a complete douchebag. Glad we got Lynch & Jackson now.

My friend Joe went to the game. He told me while they were tailgating, that some drunk douchebags were whipping eggs and full beer cans at a guy wearing a Seahawks jersey. It's a shame that there a few select a-holes that have give the rest of us bad names.

Hasselbeck plays in Seattle where it rains all the time, and he didn't look good either. Plus Edwards only played in 6 offensive series in the pre-season, so a little rust is to be expected.

Agreed. After the way the Jags played today, they don't seem like the same powerhouse as last year. Hopefully Stroud will show up his old team.

Even though I completely despise the Pats, I hate to see anyone get hurt. It definitely leaves the AFC East wide open. Great game today, and hopefully many more throughout the season.

It's tough just to pick one, when all 3 phases of the game were great. Stroud was a beast, Mitchell was awesome. Lynch had some good runs, including the 22 yd TD run. Edwards looked sharp. And special teams was phenomenal. I'll give my vote to Parrish for that incredible punt return, it looked like he was gonna get stopped 4 times during the return, but he slipped & slided and drove to the end zone.

I don't think Ray killed anyone, but I think he was trying to protect his friends in which he should have served longer in jail for that. Athlete's like Ray Lewis, Mike Vick & Pacman Jones should have distance themselves from their troublemaking friends. When you're an athlete, you're in the public view and held to a higher standard. It's a privledge to play professional sports, not a right. Besides that, Ray was and still is an awesome athlete. Ray is like a defensive coordinator when he's out on the field, and he's very motivating. I do respect him as an athlete.

The front office did the right thing. You can't let the inmates run the aslyum. If they would have caved in to Peters' demands, how many more players would do the same thing and hold out for more money?

Same here, I'm even more pumped after hearing that Peters is finally showing up.

The Bills will wait on Peters' deal after Evans is done. I think Evans will have a new contract by the end of the season. GO BILLS!!!!!

I figured Peters would report this week, I'm just surprised he's waiting until the last day before the season starts. The news about Crowell sucked, but this news is definitely uplifting. I'm very interested in hearing from Peters about why he sat out for so long.
