  1. Yes, he believes in good behavior. He wants us to know that not every Canadian is a lowlife pos.
  2. You can't remember things from 10 years ago? Hell, Tom remembers things that were said in Tom Mix movies.

  4. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canary_trap A canary trap is a method for exposing an information leak by giving different versions of a sensitive document to each of several suspects and seeing which version gets leaked. It could be one false statement, to see if sensitive information gets out to other people as well. Special attention is paid to the quality of the prose of the unique language, in the hopes that the suspect will repeat it verbatim in the leak, thereby identifying the version of the document. The term was coined by Tom Clancy in his novel Patriot Games, although Clancy did not invent the technique. The actual method (usually referred to as a barium meal test in espionage circles) has been used by intelligence agencies for many years. The fictional character Jack Ryan describes the technique he devised for identifying the sources of leaked classified documents: Each summary paragraph has six different versions, and the mixture of those paragraphs is unique to each numbered copy of the paper. There are over a thousand possible permutations, but only ninety-six numbered copies of the actual document. The reason the summary paragraphs are so lurid is to entice a reporter to quote them verbatim in the public media. If he quotes something from two or three of those paragraphs, we know which copy he saw and, therefore, who leaked it.
  5. They don't want to pay 50% in taxes or $40 for 12-pack. The Canadiennes don't know any better.
  6. Who was that guy named Donald Corleone anyways?
  7. Don't forget Justin Bieber and The Village People! The best though was Gordon Sinclair: https://www.truthorfiction.com/gordonsinclair/ Original script of Gordon Sinclair's commentary: "The Americans" The United States dollar took another pounding on German, French and British exchanges this morning, hitting the lowest point ever known in West Germany. It has declined there by 41% since 1971 and this Canadian thinks it is time to speak up for the Americans as the most generous and possibly the least-appreciated people in all the earth. As long as sixty years ago, when I first started to read newspapers, I read of floods on the Yellow River and the Yangtse. Advertisement Who rushed in with men and money to help? The Americans did. They have helped control floods on the Nile, the Amazon, the Ganges and the Niger. Today, the rich bottom land of the Misssissippi is under water and no foreign land has sent a dollar to help. Germany, Japan and, to a lesser extent, Britain and Italy, were lifted out of the debris of war by the Americans who poured in billions of dollars and forgave other billions in debts. None of those countries is today paying even the interest on its remaining debts to the United States. When the franc was in danger of collapsing in 1956, it was the Americans who propped it up and their reward was to be insulted and swindled on the streets of Paris. I was there. I saw it. When distant cities are hit by earthquakes, it is the United States that hurries into help... Managua Nicaragua is one of the most recent examples. So far this spring, 59 American communities have been flattened by tornadoes. Nobody has helped. The Marshall Plan .. the Truman Policy .. all pumped billions upon billions of dollars into discouraged countries. Now, newspapers in those countries are writing about the decadent war-mongering Americans. I'd like to see one of those countries that is gloating over the erosion of the United States dollar build its own airplanes. Advertisement Come on... let's hear it! Does any other country in the world have a plane to equal the Boeing Jumbo Jet, the Lockheed Tristar or the Douglas 107? If so, why don't they fly them? Why do all international lines except Russia fly American planes? Why does no other land on earth even consider putting a man or women on the moon? You talk about Japanese technocracy and you get radios. You talk about German technocracy and you get automobiles. You talk about American technocracy and you find men on the moon, not once, but several times ... and safely home again. You talk about scandals and the Americans put theirs right in the store window for everyone to look at. Even the draft dodgers are not pursued and hounded. They are here on our streets, most of them ... unless they are breaking Canadian laws..are getting American dollars from Ma and Pa at home to spend here. When the Americans get out of this bind ... as they will... who could blame them if they said 'the hell with the rest of the world'. Let someone else buy the Israel bonds, Let someone else build or repair foreign dams or design foreign buildings that won't shake apart in earthquakes. When the railways of France, Germany and India were breaking down through age, it was the Americans who rebuilt them. When the Pennsylvania Railroad and the New York Central went broke, nobody loaned them an old caboose. Both are still broke. I can name to you 5,000 times when the Americans raced to the help of other people in trouble. Can you name me even one time when someone else raced to the Americans in trouble? I don't think there was outside help even during the San Francisco earthquake. Advertisement Our neighbours have faced it alone and I am one Canadian who is damned tired of hearing them kicked around. They will come out of this thing with their flag high. And when they do, they are entitled to thumb their nose at the lands that are gloating over their present troubles. I hope Canada is not one of these. But there are many smug, self-righteous Canadians. And finally, the American Red Cross was told at its 48th Annual meeting in New Orleans this morning that it was broke. This year's disasters .. with the year less than half-over… has taken it all and nobody...but nobody... has helped. ORIGINAL SCRIPT AND AUDIO COURTESY STANDARD BROADCASTING CORPORATION LTD. (c) 1973 BY GORDON SINCLAIR.
  8. And I presume you told her you'd have to fold it in two?
  9. Yes, but in annoying Tom you're annoying the rest of us. We know you scored 4 touchdowns for Polk HS once, you don't need to remind us.
  10. She wanted to reduce the waiting time so she emptied the airport. With that said I'm a little embarrassed to be responding to your tacky post.
  11. The dynamics are different this term what with all the changes. Last term the R's held the House and were split with the more moderate being able to accept some sort of amnesty while the conservatives didn't want any part of it. They both could have agreed on a wall. The D's on the other hand wouldn't cooperate with the R's. This term the D's could get some sort of amnesty passed but don't want the wall. Nothing is going to get agreed to without Nancy casting aside the left by agreeing to a wall.
  12. Boardwalk Empire was great but did fall off at the end. A lot of shows get away from their roots after several seasons and lose their audiences because of it. Ray Donovan started to do that last year and early this year with flashbacks, but I think they've righted themselves.
  13. No, she used to be the fringe left. She's now being led around by a Millennial who can't afford to live in DC, dances like she's on Ecstasy and swears that they're going to take over all three "chambers". Oh, and she wants that 21 trillion that's missing from the DOD and a 70% tax rate to fund 3.2 trillion a year in Medicare benefits for everyone.
  14. Seems to me that Obama was the one that was too ***** lazy to deal with DACA and settled for an unconstitutional EO. Trump merely wants to permanently solve a problem both with DACA and the border.
  15. Going to the mattresses-GTTM means button men going to a place other than their home ready to receive a call to go to the other mobster's territory and kill other mobsters, or disrupt their business or both. GTTM is like saying going to your barrack like in the army ready to go to war. The literally GTTM means a house or apartment with a bunch of mattresses on the floor, a bathroom, and a kitchen where probably 8-12 button men lived during the mob war. https://www.quora.com/What-does-the-phrase-Going-to-the-mattresses-from-the-Godfather-movie-mean That'll be $10 please.
  16. Hey, take it easy on him. We might need him if we have to go to the mattresses.
  17. Trump needs to use the Bully Pulpit to convince people that a wall is necessary, not for his political purposes but for real security and prevention of child sex slavery. Nancy can't show that her stance is anything but for political purposes. Nancy can't win the battle for public opinion but Trump can if he plays it right.
  18. The only way one side or the other can win is to win the public relations battle. I don't see Pelosi or Schumer beating Trump if Trump plays it smart. He's gotta continue to use the Bully Pulpit and take his case to the people, all while showing he's the one that will work with the other side. Pelosi has already succumbed to the left fringe of her party. She allowed them to make her take a stand that is only palatable to them, not the more moderate dems. She's in a similar position as John Boehner was with the Freedom Caucus.
  19. Settle down. The_Dude doesn't get to line 'em up and shoot them all just yet. We'll let you know when it's Tackleberry time.
  20. Dear Nancy: You are not very likable. You have made numerous statements in the past that have been pretty stupid and the public does remember "We have to pass it to see what's in it", "We have to extend unemployment benefits to keep unemployment down" and of course the bonuses and tax cuts were "crumbs". You are letting the ever increasing left fringe of your party hold you hostage. Quit focusing on politics at the expense of border security and at the expense of child slavery. The longer you hold the country hostage to the leftist fringe of your party the more hated you will become. You're rapidly losing political capital from an already meager political capital account. Do the right thing.
  21. The dems are just pushing the arrogance level past what the public will accept. What people aren't really taking into account here is that SCOTUS will at some time be ruling on that ***** federal judge's injunction. Also, if Trump calls for a border emergency the SCOTUS will be ruling on the inevitable lower court ruling too. The ***** democrats don't want a DACA cure, they want to pretend they do but they need it for the issue it creates. At some point in time the republicans have to convince the Dreamers of this and let the chips fall where they may.
  22. She stupidly put herself on record as not agreeing to a penny for a barrier. She overestimates her power in comparison to Trump and the longer this goes on the more she will be personally hated and blamed for the shutdown.
