  1. I love the enthusiam but I do not say stuff like that. Please ask the football God for forgiveness as stuff like that leads to badddddd things. I personally forgive. Too many variables.
  2. 3rd - TE Brad Cottam 4A - FB Owen Schmitt 4B - OLB Bryan Kehl 5 - C Drew Miller
  3. Didn't see or hear it. But who gives a flyin' **** what Mort says?
  4. Losman has 1 year left on his contract and I read somewhere he will have achance to compete. I think he will be gone after the season. I believe we need a QB in 5 or 6 as a #2, and a year under his belt will help tremendoulsy which makes it a must now. Your thoughts?
  5. Funny, I see posts on other threads after this one had been created.
  6. Buffalo is stacking up at the TE position as far as a receiving threat is concerned for red zone purposes as well as short yardage situations. The taller and bigger the better. Teyo Johnson and Courtney Anderson are 6'5 guys who are speedy TE's as well. This guy at 6'8? Come on, just chuck it up dog.
  7. It was almost good. Like another TBD'er I told my wife earlier this week the draft was on this weekend and she still managed to disturb me. What the h-e double hockey sticks. We hadn't had ribs in a long time, she bought some and asked if I was going to grill em'. For God's sake the draft is on, put em' in the freezer.
  8. If you can't tell by now I am 100% for Brad Cottam, even if it takes a trade. Now as far as LB is concerned, Mitchell, Pozlusny, Crowell, DiGiorgio, we do not need another starter. We need another OLB for special teams or back-up in the 5th or 6th.
  9. I had him all along. Our redzone O is getting better. Now Brad Cottam at 6'8 270 cover them New England you bunch of scum bums.
  10. As I was watching the draft go down I couldn't help but notice the friction between Steve Young and Keyshawn Johnson. It seemed Berman fell apart after the Bills took McKelvin. Mortensen is just an idiot, and Kiper, well. Did you see the time they came back from commercial and were all arguing and Berman got the train wreck back on track? I hope they do better tomorrow, and then find better chemistry for next year.
  11. Every time I seen him interviewed on ESPN one thing stuck out, he wasn't very thoughtful with his answers. I am going to question his intelligence and his ability to listen right now. Suzy kolbert asked him once about what he thought about some of the opinions of the scouts and the guys on ESPN about his negatives and he said those things go in one ear and out the other. Yeah I want a QB who gives that answer.
  12. You're wish has been granted. I couldn't be happier. Now we need another big target who is a quick release for young Trent. Brad Cottam...
  13. I was shocked by the 1st round pick, but after more reading can't help but have love for the guy. As far as James hardy I had him as a 1st round pick, but it was late with a trade. Right now I give this draft an A. I am hoping by time Buffalo picks tomorrow Brad Cottam and Owen Schmitt are still on the board. Kudos to all the men in the office. You have won a couple of battles, now continue to win the war. Go Buffalo.
  14. Trade down #11 and obtain another 2nd 1-WR James Hardy Indiana 2A-DE Lawrence Jackson USC 2B-CB Justin King Penn State 3-TE Brad Cottam Tennessee 4A-FB Owen Schmitt West Virginia 4B-OLB Bryan Kehl BYU 5-C Drew Miller Florida 6-QB Ryan O'Hara Central Oklahoma 7A-S Rocky Schwartz Houston 7B-WR/KR Jayson Foster Georgia Southern 7C-OT Brian Stamper Vanderbilt I think this would be a pretty solid draft. The one intangible these players have in common is physical tools that can not be taught. A few may need some mechanical due to the fact that they did not have the coaching in college, such as Ryan O'Hara-strongest arm in the draft.
  15. While I have no names posted yet, I bill-ieve this is how Buffalo's board should go down: Trade down #11 for another second. 1-WR 2A-CB 2B-DE 3-TE 4A-FB 4B-OLB 5-QB 6-C 7A-WR/KR 7B-FS
  16. Not sure about production yet, but Will Franklin (4.37) and paul Hubbard (4.38) will scare a defense a heck of a lot more.
  17. With the lack of talent at QB in the first round, there will be 3-4 taken in the second. With QB being a glaring need I do not see this as much of a reach. If you want the guy you do what is necessary, unless totally whacked, and get the guy.
  18. While I am not a Raiders fan, who better than Mcfadden to help Russell. If the Raiders take Dorsey and McFadden is available then Davis is as big of a dumba** as we all think.
  19. Jordy Nelson - Kansas State 6'2 217 4.49-40, 31" Vert, not sure of bench. With that speed and vert I see other guys a bit taller with a better vert who will have more impact. So why the love?
  20. Let them jump. While last year saw 7 Wr's gone in the first round, this years should be less. Jackson, Sweed, Thomas, or Hardy should be available with a trade down. If not there will be needed talent available and we should be able to get Andre Caldwell in the 2nd.
  21. What is the beer consumption per hour ratio on this model?
  22. Love the last two. Trading down is a value plus for us. Think the boys will give up two number ones? If so, I love Dallas.
