Just trying to keep it real. I think Kincaid will be a solid TE. He is never going to be the complete block and catch TE but will be more of Engram TE. But many are talking like he was Lebron James. Reality is he started focusing on football late. He went to University of San Diego (not SD State) because he was not recruited and only played in one game as a Freshman. Sophomore year he played in 4 games. This was at a really small school. He then transferred to Utah which was a big upgrade. As a Junior he played in 5 games and had one catch. Then in his Senior year played 14 games with 36 catches. That was his first legit good year. Based on this he stuck around for a 5th year senior season and exploded which is what got him drafted. The hype is mostly based on this one big season, not years of him being the next Kelce. All this said he has potential to be a good TE. I like the pick. I have wanted a legit TE receiving threat for years. But lets slow down the talk of him being a sure thing, his 3 easy preseason catches show is all world unique game altering skills, etc.

I’m not slowing down sh*t, I know what I’m seeing and I’m saying LFG !!!

But by all means, slow roll as you wish.

Nope because they've been to a combined 4 SB's the last 4 years and the consensus top 2 QB's in the league.

Burrow isn’t on Allen’s level and I don’t believe it’s particularly close, the Burrow’s D gives up 10 less points per game than Allen’s in the postseason, it’s a team sport, crazy I know.

that being said I do believe Burrow is excellent but just doesn’t have all the tools Mahomes and Allen have.

id slot him 4th behind Mahomes Allen Herbert.

I keep posting this, but I watched every play with Brown in it last night, focusing on him, and he was OK.  Did a good job overall against Watt.

Yeah I thought the same thing when I seen the criticism of his play so I decided to wait for some Cover1 film and sure enough, it wasn’t perfect but definitely not panic worthy and actually hopeful when seeing him and O’Cyrus working together.

  4. Just finished watching Cover1 break down the film of O’Cyrus.. this kid is a monster and the chemistry he’s already building with Brown is awesome.

They mention plenty of fans being upset about Spencer Brown but they said the film doesn’t match the outrage, he got beat a couple times but more often than not he and OCyrus were winning their reps against a very good D front.

I despise civil unrest from both sides. But there’s only one side calling for violent political revolt and actually acting on it. Who is the they that you believe are pulling the strings?  The “elite” and corporatists?  On a national level yes. But go to county functions or meetings of each side and witness the difference   And again, 1 side championed election finance reform. The other fought against it

Good luck and keep up the good fight.

Yes, in his flexibility and versatility. How many full backs can legitimately play inline as a blocking tight end? How many could even allow you to flex them into the slot and / or split wide? He also plays on every single special team and does so very effectively. I don't argue that he is elite at any one thing but there are not many full backs who offer that genuine versatility and flexibility that Gilliam does. You are really talking Ricard and Juszczyk in terms of multiple usage in the offense (they are both much better pure fullbacks than Gilliam, no question) and neither of those play special teams.

EDIT: this is why I say haters of full backs, blocking tight ends and STers should love Gilliam. Because if they cut him they need three players to replace him.

In fairness, how many fullbacks even still exist in the NFL ?

Which side promotes higher tax rates for the ultra wealthy?  Safety net welfare programs for the poor?   Expanding health care to those who don't qualify for medicaid and have no insurance?  Limiting dark money and corporate contributions in elections?  A higher minimum wage?

Sadly, the MAGA's, like this Richmond dude, bite the hand that would feed them...

You still believe there’s 2 sides, you must look deeper and think more critically

Don’t allow yourself to wear the jersey of a political party and then shut your brain off and assume you’re on the “good guy” team.

This division is intentional and calculated and designed to do exactly what it’s doing with you, making you believe if those people on the other team would just think and believe as your team does then all problems would be solved.

I respect your opinion and hope you can someday see beyond the tribalism.

In Ep 2 Rodgers comes off complaining that a certain play doesn't work out of a certain formation and they showed a shot of Saleh who looked like a little scolded schoolboy.  It may just be editing, but they make is seem like Rodgers is the alpha over everyone including the head coach.  Sometimes Saleh and other coaches come off as giddy fans.

Because Rodgers is the Alpha there, what the f**k has Saleh accomplished to be seen as the man in that building.

He can’t compete with an all time great QB, the best he can do is try to avoid looking like a fool in front of the rest of the team and hope Rodgers has gas left in the tank.

I feel very good about our interior. McGovern, Morse, Torrence, Bates, Edwards; you could take multiple versions of that group and turn it into at least a solid starting interior. If any one of those players gets injured we can manage.

Tackle is still the big question mark. I weirdly feel more optimistic about Brown than Dawkins right now but hopefully Dawkins has finally gotten himself into shape after a full training camp. More concerning than the starters is the depth. If Brown or Dawkins goes down for more than just a few snaps, which is not a particularly improbable scenario, we are in deep trouble.

I don't expect anyone on the OL to set the world on fire, I just want solid starters at each position for the whole season. That would be at least a 40% upgrade on what we had last year.

I’m guessing most teams are in deep trouble if one of their tackles go down for an extended period of time.

You’re lucky if you have a legitimate starter at both tackle spots let alone another in the wings.

How much longer is Diggs going to be elite? He turns 30 in 3 months.

We need to start thinking about the future at WR. Id be willing to roll the dice with Davis being part of the future.

He’s certainly not seeing another big money deal from this team.. I’m hoping he’s got 2-3 years of elite play and we can get 1-2 rings.

     But who knows.

I have hope that people are becoming more aware…I’m not sure I have the same hope that they’ll stop being as tribal to the side they’ve chosen though, if that makes sense.

A lot of people, even amongst those 80% of moderates that probably do agree on a lot of things, are too far gone to their “side”.

You very well may be correct and I appreciate the your views.

For me personally it’s the opposite from the “left”. Actual true liberals (not the Democrat party) have had this message for the longest time. But when we say it, it’s socialism or we’re making excuses for people that aren’t working hard enough to make their situations better and make more money.

But when someone who seems to be more like “their own” says it…it’s fighting for the working class.

I think both are true. I think there are a lot of people on both or whatever side that don’t want to agree with something unless someone who seems like they’re in their tribe says it, that part we probably agree on.

Of course people will always disagree as to how a problem is best solved, government hand outs vs lowered corporate tax blah blah blah. That’s how the political divide should work.

These globalist governments have driven the wedge so deep that now there’s a portion of society (the fortunate segment well off enough to ignore rising taxes, fuel and grocery costs) who are willing take to the front lines for their tribe without critical thought or care.

Fortunately the mass majority of people (80% ?) in the middle agree on more things than the government or media want you to know, but that 80% are truly becoming aware and that’s a good thing.

     I have hope.

  13. This man is calling out government corruption from both parties and ridiculous taxation of the working man and yet there’s so many people on the left feeling the need to discredit him and the lived experience if millions of people.

I don’t understand, If you’ve worked hard and have gotten yourself into a position of comfort and don’t experience what millions of others clearly do,  then that’s fantastic and I’m happy you’ve been financially successful but why are many unable to empathize with those working class people struggling.

It’s bizarre to see so many come to the defense of rich élite politicians. Do you realize you can publicly agree there’s a problem at the top and not be a Trump supporter simultaneously.

Tribalism is exactly where they want you, makes no difference to them which team you’re on.

Talk about a guy who runs the locker room. That “HEY” was pure Dad Voice Power, but with a smile.

God I just love him so much. I don’t care who knows it!

Spot on brother, when Allen let out the  “hey” , any father or son recognized the seriousness of the inflection regardless of the smile he added at the end.

He I believe he’s maturing into a true leader with complete ownership of this franchise.
