  1. I'm just happy I'm not the only "Coast" listener here. But the caller who directed everyone's attention to the double-exposure (proof as evidenced by the guy walking down the dirt pile in the foreground) sorta took all the oomph out of it for me. Pure double exposure.
  2. Have to admit, I posted the above before I saw there was a link to the interview. Now that I've seen it....I stand even stronger by my assertion. That boy is a dummy. And the OP is right. He's also a total jackass who could barely contain his disrespect for the team that gave him four years to prove himself. But the beard grew in well. Maybe he isn't his sister's son, after all.
  3. That actually implies that Chris Brown remembers all of JP's other interviews being bad ones. And he's right. No other reason for him to say that about an interview. Face it, despite LABillz thinking this thread is "idiotic" (I swear, the audacity of the longtime posters here is just plain insulting), I am happy that this thread exists. JP is a dumdum who proves it almost every time he opens his mouth. And his lack of IQ comes out in his play. And the beard, goatee, hillbilly thing...? It's actually scary that hair can grow in that fashion on a human.
  4. Whew. I thought I was entering a thread linking Peter King to the American Kennel Club.
  5. That Monday Night-er against Dallas last year........sorry, Mr. J. Not sure I believe you have it "down".
  6. Favre, schmavre, when we play them, our young team will be running circles around the old Jets by the second half, and Brett will be tossing up ducks all game with the pressure we put on him. I am so excited to see Brett in NY, because now the games will be fodder for flexible scheduling, at least that second game. That and maybe this year, we can make TWO Superbowl QBs feel the pent up rage that is the Bills defense.
  7. I want Brady to play against the Bills, at least, both times we play them this season. Two reasons: 1. It's only a fair test of the Bills "improvements" if we play the same guy who beat the crap out of us the last six years or so, and 2. I want the BILLS to be the ones to hurt him.
  8. It might not be a bad idea to start Losman next game, with the First String O-Line, just in case there are calls coming in about him. That first game's performance was definitely a plus for him, but the sesond game sorta screwed that all up. Losman, if he can match Edwards' performance, and come on, Detroit's defense ain't Pittsburgh's, could create a situation where we can trade JP for something really exceptional before the season is too far along.
  9. ...that being, this Bills offense needed some confidence, and Turk proved he's definitely ready to give it to them. http://www.niagara-gazette.com/local/local..._228223900.html The article brings up how Steve Fairchild, when he was here, just constantly out-coached himself with his fear that he needed to trick the opposition to beat them, and somehow, he always ended up being the most predictable OC in Bills history. The article also points out something I was scratching my head about last year, namely how SF seemingly kept the Bills Offense in the can even as far in as the first few weeks of REGULAR SEASON, simply NEVER letting them open it up, as if he was receiving death threats if we ever got one intercepted or something. I don't necessarily like the way the article ends, even if it's probably how I, myself, would have written it, the ever-pessimistic guy I am, but the point about how Fairchild screwed himself, but moreso his players, with his fear, and Turk might just be the guy to break that spell, was refreshing to finally see in print. Dunno. Nobody else was talking about it, least as far as I saw, so I brought it up.
  10. If he gives the team to his family, who have ZERO connection to the city of Buffalo, and the Bills get moved out of Buffalo, despite concerted efforts ALREADY by people desperate to keep the team in Buffalo, knowing it will all but complete the demise of Buffalo as we know it....Ralph will know, because I'll take daily pisses on his grave until it seeps into his casket, no grass grows, and the cops come and arrest me.
  11. Can't remember where I read it so it could be total BS, but I heard that Toronto was not necessarily considered part of Buffalo's market....before these 8 games were granted to them. Now, they are.
  12. My guess is, Peters and his agent are satisfied with that one play where Walker got Edwards creamed at his 3-yard line or whatever it was, knowing that, if this had been a regular season game, that might have easily been a fumble, a possible injury to Trent, and an end to the good vibes in B-Lo in one fell swoop. I think the thing that hurt the Bills is not coming out and saying they would DEFINITELY start talks with Peters the MILLISECOND he reports to camp, combined with the knowledge Peters has that, once he does show up, all his fines are waived and the whole time he spent diccking Brandon around don't mean a thing.
  13. Did he want to see Edwards break his neck and die gurgling on the field, or maybe get garotted and his entrails spilled all over the place by someone's extra large gold crucifix in a freak collision, or did he just wanna see Losman in there at QB, maybe?
