When Cowher left Pittsburgh the only name he suggested as a replacement was Gailey. That, IMO, is a true endorsement. Don't ask me where I got that. I came across it while researching Gailey's history online.

HC's that get fired quickly don't do this, IMO. A HC has about 3 years to prove themselves and keep their jobs. Any HC who comes in and tries to put square pegs into round holes is, a lot of the time, blowing away his first two years. Putting players in a position to make plays is the most important thing in scheming for an opponent. JMO. I also believe that being able to do this makes the players buy into the coaches philosophy quicker. What is Gailey's rating in Madden this year? Any DC who walks in and tries to put the 3-4 on the field this year isn't doing that. The Bills need to stay 4-3. If they want to transition to a 3-4 it will take a couple of years of drafting and FA's to do it successfully. JMO. I am not fat!!!

He's a free man to do what he wants. I admire celebs who use their notoriety for things they feel are positive. I disagree with him but I respect him. If they refuse to run it freedom of speech takes a hit. As long as the ad isn't above a PG rating they should run all ads.
