    I think this goes pretty far in debunking the rumor that Bus Cook was talking about Cutler with the Bills. (Tim Graham basically said the same thing)

    Roy Williams is a much lesser player than Peters is, though.

    Well, it's just one more piece of evidence that makes us trading for Cutler less likely. TG also said there is a very slim chance that Cutler is being shopped already.

    Makes sense. I believe Scheffler makes very little money, so Bus would be trying to negotiate a new deal with any potential suitors.

    Jon Kitna... yes i have played football, and it doesn't take a genius to know that almost every decent QB in this league could throw for 4000+ yards given 40 attempts a game.

    It's not hard to throw for 4000+ yards when you throw 40 times a game.

    When did i say Edwards was God? He's pretty average atm, then again... so is Cutler.

    Cutler only managed an 86 QB rating and a 7.3 YPA, and he has ridiculous talent around him. To say that he would do better than that here...would be dumb. So you are looking at a drop off when he loses his #2 WR, his TE, and a very good O-Line. I don't think a QB rating in the 70's would be an improvement over Edwards.

    Does it matter who plays RB for them? They were 12th in rushing yards and 2nd in YPC last year.

    Would Cutler have done any better with this team? Teams would have just doubled Evans and stacked the box. We only had 1 receiver last year (Bronco's had eddie royal and brandon marshall), and no receiving TE. He would have no one to throw to. Not to mention Denver's O-line is far superior to ours.

    Whoever the Broncos get to play QB will be going into a great situation. They have an awesome O-line, 2 #1 receivers, a very good TE (assuming we don't get him in a trade), and a very good running game.

    Scheffler has been rumored to be on the block for 2 weeks, i wouldn't be surprised.

    So they will play him at RT? That's pretty laughable.

    I would give up a 2nd or 3rd for him. There aren't many TE's in the league that can split the zone like he can.
