I was laughing my ass off. They said that Big Pat will easily get that offer elsewhere and that TD lowballed him. That's BS. IMO, the offer that I saw was perfect for Pat. It's basically the same kind of contract as the one that Sam Adams got, except the SB is a little bigger.

That's the point that I'm trying to get to. Many vets may feel that with JP, we are rebuilding and Losman is an unknown and that could be a good thing, but it could also be bad (RJ). I think that the key is a veteran QB. We need to have someone who would be a pretty good QB if JP struggles or if he goes down.

What I found hilarious is how fast WGR/Buffalo News and the Democrat & Chronicle corrected their salary cap info when Clump has his. You know they are reading that stuff.

That was the old prices. They haven't set new ones yet. Rumor is that they may be lower, if they get the trucks and cargo to board it.

WGR550 was talking about this during the morning show and it made me wonder. Last year, this team was on the road to the playoffs and was a team someone would usually want to join to try for a Super Bowl ring. However, the team that was 9-7 last year got rid of their veteran QB and it looks like they may be losing two huge parts of the OL and DL. Is this a team that a veteran free agent would want to join? The cold weather is a factor, and so is the taxes. Do they consider us in a rebuilding mode? The Bills are admitting that the road may be a little bumpy this year, but they don't mind, because the long run will be worth it. Would the big name free agents feel the same way? In other words, would Takeo Spikes or Troy Vincent have signed onto this team now? Or would they have passed because of the fact that we are going with a rookie this year? What do you guys think?

They are working on getting everything setup for the trucks to carry cargo. This is a big reason why it's going to take another 2 months to get everything settled. They are also getting it registered with the US, so they don't have to pay for the special pilot fee. I also agree that the VLTs are going ot play a huge part. They are doing great in the Finger Lakes and at the other racetracks, I think it would be a smart idea to move VLTs onto the Ferry. That would make money.

He didn't give it his all before he got injured this year, once he lost the starting job to McGahee and he came in for relief.

That's a frightening thought.

Shane Matthews? Marcus Price? They are both UFAs. What about the RFAs? Don't we usually hear about the tenders by now? There are a couple good names on that list too. I'd like to see Kevin Thomas get tendered, Josh Stamer should definitely get re-signed. I'm surprised they didn't already work something out. And then Jon Dorenbos is our LS. Moorman is comfortable with him, should be re-signed.
