There are still undefeated teams, they will have a wait another week or two.

Oh I know...but there was only one team that worried them.  Dolphins won't make the 72's lose sleep, and while the Eagles face a pretty cupcake schedule, they aren't historically good despite what the current national media narrative is.

Not only was it clean, it was obvious Johnson was attempting to pull up but it's impossible to be running full speed at someone and then avoid contact with them as he is falling towards you unless you want to take a chance of potentially injuring yourself by making some weird move to try and get out of the way.

Clear as day on TV, Johnson slowed and turned his shoulder.  Literally nothing else he could have done.  BS call.

I don't think I have ever seen a worse loss than the Bills yesterday. There have been much more meaningful losses but this one was really tough. I'm still not sure what the heck I watched. Never seen anything like it.

I'm sorry, but did you just start watching football this season?  This loss doesn't even sniff the pantheon of worst Bills losses.  Back off the ledge.

I generally agree and at large it doesn’t bother me. But a 30 degree temperature advantage where away team is at 112 degrees in the sun and the rules say no cooling fans/benches is wild.

Most games aren’t as dangerous as it was yesterday. There has to be a league rule in the hot or cold so that when things are dangerous teams can at least have safety measures like fans.

Is this correct?  I'm sure I saw cooling fans on the Bills' sideline and the broadcast team specifically mentioned that the Bills flew in their own cooling benches for the game...

    Massive is really overstating it.

The 40 times are quite different.

But a lot of their other numbers are not that different.

Micah 40 yard dash 20 yard split 2.70 (ET) and 2.55 (HH)

Jaquan 40 yard dash 20 yard split  2.69 (ET) and 2.59 (HH)

Again, "massive" is really an overstatement.

I always chuckle when we get into a player’s measurables when they were measured almost 10 years ago…

Great point.  I think a lot of us (myself included) have been wrapped up in the Dolphins insane finish last week and bought into the media hype around this game.  Couple that with all the defensive players missing it's easy to go down a hole thinking negatively.  Then I have to remind myself that our offense is basically full strength (assuming Davis and Morse play) and we have Allen.  I think if I'm taking my emotion out of it this should be a hard fought game for a while but I see the Bills pulling away and winning by double digits at the end of the day.

Just like the first two games 😊

Absolutely.  Also, it is not like our "new" safety tandem is in fact "new". They have been working very hard for a very long time for this exact moment.....for Bills fans this is where fears and dreams collide.  We wanted to be the best, have quality depth, and be consistent favorites, well here we are.......maybe some of us are calm because we trust the Bills on this one.

Why be so negative with adversity?  That does not work well in life, at all.

    Go Bills!

Not only has our "new" safety tandem been working very hard for a very long time for this exact moment...they have been building chemistry together since Hamlin made the team.  Their chemistry together is likely better than it would be with Poyer (not that I wouldn’t rather Po be on the field of course).

These Bills aren’t the first team with Super Bowl aspirations to have injuries decimate their secondary…anyone remember the Pats*** trotting WR Troy Brown out after losing 3 or 4 of their corners?  He helped them to a Super Bowl.  Great teams find a way and this Bills team will find a way.

Was hoping to see a CB called up from PS for Miami too. Howard is wounded and will take a beating vs. Diggs and company even if he plays. In our 7 game winning streak vs the fish we’ve scored in the 30’s in 6 of 7 games. I Expect us to be around 30 going into the 4th quarter.

If Howard isn’t right and he suits up he is going to get toasted by Diggs…

    Tim Tindale.

    LOL

Love this, thanks for the Tindale memories!  He’s from my hometown, played his HS and college ball here (it’s even homecoming weekend here at his alma mater, Western, where my daughter is going to school), and he was just put in the Canadian Football Hall of Fame earlier this year along with one Marv Levy.
