  1. Which is an indictment on your inability to follow the same points I've been making for the last 10 years on this site. But whatever. On me, I guess. These "I know you are but what I am" posts of yours are just priceless, though.
  2. watching your points serpentine through existence can be exhausting
  3. My next question was "who are they freeing up this money for?"
  4. the only evidence we as fans have runs contrary to my belief that he's a walking injury liability, therefore, I'll believe it's a lie. "before the injuries" hmmm. well, AW went out before the second game ended. And in the first game the defense dominated. So...? what are you defining as "before the injuries?"
  5. If this point still eludes Bills fans, there's nothing you can do to bridge the gap. It's a willful ignorance by now.
  6. There's nothing about his injury which will make him prone to future injuries (according to Whaley on WGR yesterday) There's no guarantee any player stays healthy I'm pleased to see you're finally beginning to show signs of understanding the impact health can have on a unit's success!!
  7. You need a CB in every draft.
  8. I'm looking for some analytical specificity for why Cro is a step down from Leo.
  9. According to Rap sheet: @RapSheet The #Bills are releasing CB Leodis McKelvin, source said. No restructure. Will be an interesting free agent.
  10. From what I can tell, the only people who want explanations of the 2015 disappointment to be singular, are the ones blaming everything on Rex. You can position everyone else as needing a scapegoat, but really the Rex haters are the only ones who have identified one.
  11. Amen. I know that the old hats on this site will poo poo anything twitter-related, but from I can tell, did any player tweet about missing Mario, wishing him luck, saying what a pleasure it was to play with him, anything like that?
  12. Spy was great. I look forward to seeing this.
  13. I don't know why you're treating comments to the media as a gotcha moment in your case against a coach who has explicitly stated he won't muzzle his guys. Sammy was also targeted something like two times over the course of two full games at the start of the season. he was absolutely correct in saying that was too few. I think your conveniently conflating targets from the quarterback with scheme and playcalling.
  14. i think we've argued about graham before. we'll have to agree to disagree on this one. far too often he had a front row seat to big plays (often touchdowns) and way too many times he was taking baffling angles in pursuit of the ball. i understand his value. i also believe he was a liablity back there far too often in 2015. in a perfect world, he'd swap spots with duke, and duke could go to another team and send dm's to mia khalifa there.
  15. Rex's logic to play Mario eludes me. But that doesn't mean I know for sure he was right or wrong to keep playing the guy. I do know that in some respects, I half-hearted Mario was still better than IK or any other available option. I also know, however, that in retrospect, Sammy's call for a player--regardless of who you are--to be cut if you're not doing job...boy...wonder who he might have been talking about...? And if he was talking about Mario, then perhaps the locker room cache did exist to send a message that way. Again, though, to what extent, I don't know. I'm not sure it would have made a difference in the W/L column for the better. It may have cost them a game, though.
  16. I'm glad we didn't create a hole by letting him go. But we need an upgrade at his position. Badly.
  17. NOBODY IS SAYING THAT
  18. We got torched by Brady in 2014 when everyone was healthy too. Also, I don't think anybody's blaming Mario for the lost season on defense. From my observations, anyone not blaming Rex and Rex alone understands a confluence of factors (including Rex) led to the setback, Mario included, injuries included.
  19. It's hard to imagine the spin Rex Haters will put on this. But then again, we've been hearing it for four months now.
  20. Cue the "great, now he'll go to the Pats*" paranoia. http://twitter.com/HoustonTexans/status/705418554150146048
  21. My cousin's roommate dates a guy who works at a law office with the nephew of the guy who wrote the biography about one of OJ's lawyers, and HE SAID, The Juice wants to dip his toe into the free agency market. Of course, you know he'll go to New England because anybody can get 2,500 yards in that offense.
  22. At this point, the chicken little birgade that craps themselves each and every time I middling veteran becomes available MUST begin to explain why their greatest fear is the Pats* signing somebody...ANYBODY. The Pats* ability to bring in any kind of talent outside of Brady, through the draft or otherwise, must now be considered questionable, at best. But that hasn't stopped fans everywhere from having a collective meltdown each time they add somebody to their roster, or worse, when another team unloads one from theirs.
