  1. Until the Panther's beat anyone other than the Buc's...we'll see how much of an accomplishment that is. Then again, we've only beat Miami who barely beat Tennesee. Miami < Tampa or Miami > Tampa ?
  2. Well at least Baker and Nance will do us justice............
  3. There would be a lot less people in every profession if those who deserved jail went. The biggest difference I see between NFL players and the buisness world is that the latter TYPICALLY is more grand scale and ruins more lives than the former. Let's get our priorities straight as to who needs to go to jail first.
  4. It seems whenever we lose a game, automatically something needs to be changed. Personally I like that he doesn't run so much, of course there are exceptions. However, when or if JP learns to throw like most starting NFL quarterbacks (not a certain player who's first name starts with M and rhymes with ichael, Vick) then he should be okay to take off.
  5. We'll find out when sunday come, If beat the Vikings indeed we could, To get worried now is kind of dumb, Sunday's when we'll see if we're good, JP and Willis need to play great, But the rest of team needs to too, All of them have to lift this weight, And hopefully they will come through.
  6. At this point it would seem that with our TE's blocking JP is getting more time to throw and his accuracy seems to be good enough that things are working. Do they need to be involved more? Discuss
  7. Absolutely Excellent post. Name one QB who has nothing to improve on, even Peyton and the others have their share of bad games, and bad plays during good games. I was only about 3 at the time, but out of curiosity were people claiming at the end of the 80's that JK should be run out of town?
  8. Hey JP good job. You're an honest guy who wants and feels obligated to Buffalo. You're a great guy, and luckilly your game is improving too. Those fumbles you need to work on those, but I hope you're proud of your first 300 yard game. that's what I'd say to him.
  9. You guys make out with each after a few beers and weigh about 210 pounds? Gross
  10. Dude even if we go 1-14, which isn't gonna happen, I'm still not gonna give up on that last game, I'd always rather go down fighting.
  11. I'd rather get to the point....JP has a QB rating of 86.2. We're fine.
  12. Depends on the team we play....half of those yards he has gained in 1 game, and the other half 2. I'm going to wait a couple weeks to figure out which is the exception and which is the rule.
  13. Chris Kelsay has gotten a sack every game so far. If that continues he'll go to the pro bowl
  14. I stand corrected. I went back and looked at all our plays before the fumble and their was a slight edge to running the ball. You guys are right, I'm wrong. I admit it. I guess what dissapointed me though was how we literally ran the ball down the dolphins throats and I was hoping to see that again. That and McGahee was on my fantasy team However if a running back is averaging 5.8 YPC it would be nice to see even more running and less throwing.
  15. What do those of us who think he could be a really good QB but still has a lot to learn and a lot of growing pains count as?
  16. Playing catch up yes. But don't you think we should have ran a lot more back before we were down 21-10? All things considered I think we would have been ecstacic if JP had played this well two weeks ago.
  17. Why would anyone do that? I mean he is OBVIOUSLY VASTLY over-rated. We have one bad game on D and suddenly our D sucks, big deal. If players got as down about a loss as we do we'd be lucky to win 1. Schobel is in the top 12 DE's in the league and there wasn't anyone on this board not angry that he didn't go to the pro bowl last year. They're either going to turn it around or they won't be here next year when someone who will turn it around takes their place.
  18. Generally isn't it a good thing when you don't hear a CB's name mentioned?
  19. We ran 40% of the time and passed 60% of the time. We were playing catch up, true, but this is rediculous. McGahee was averaging about 5.8 yards per carry generally when an offense does something well they should continue to do just that! So before you blame JP b/c blah blah blah, "my dead grandma's cat could throw better...yargh! " He shouldn't have been put in that position to begin with. We lost, life goes on...at least for the non-suicidal TBD members If you want to throw someone under the bus, let us find the Fairchild
  20. Denney for not getting 4 sacks!
  21. What does the magic 8 ball say?
  22. Last year I played on a young non very good sports team. I'm used to it. But every game we got better and we're looking better this year too.
  23. Looks like MaCargo is alive and well, and Kelsay too.
  24. Game ain't over till it's over. Even in a loss they can still do something to pleasantly surprise us.
