    Cook's gotten only a handful of touches, is just starting to build his confidence, and now you want to give up big assets for a guy to replace him? And RBs don't apprentice behind other RBs; they are expected to step up and contribute in their rookie season because there ain't going to be any second contract.

    If the Chiefs have a tough time with the Raiders, win or lose, bettors are going to hammer the Bills…probably drive this line to Bills -3.5.

    I expect the Raiders to give the Chiefs all they can handle tonight. The Raiders are talented, can get after the passer, and this is a huge divisional game for them. I think it's going to be a back-and-forth battle, similar to Ravens/Bengals last night, except higher scoring.

    I don't know what the salary cap implications are, but I would not offer more than a 4th for him. Any talk of a first or second for him is insane.

    I still think Allen's best throw ever was the long TD to Robert Foster in his rookie year, against the Jags, I think. He was under extreme pressure and fired a missile that Foster plucked out of the air perfectly, then cruised into the end zone.

    I’m not even sure the Chiefs are that good. We’ll learn a bit more tomorrow night, but I don’t think they’re as good as last year without Tyreek. I think the Eagles are better.

    Watching this battle of supposedly elite QBs makes you realize that there’s Allen and Mahomes, then everyone else.

    Yeah, I hate watching the Cowboys. Fortunately, the Sunday and Monday night games look pretty good. I'm looking forward to both, especially Chiefs-Raiders.
