    Fair question. He’s a very hot commodity in the League and will be enticed again to take a HC gig somewhere next offseason. McDermott was just a coordinator before he got here. So was Belichek, Walsh and a hundred others. He’s gained a reputation where he can select coordinators and assistants. When your expertise is in one faction, you talk with your people regarding who best to woo onboard. Given it’s Sean we’re talking about, GM may also be an immediate need. Look, I’m not saying McBeane needs/should go. Brady just need to be a consideration before we let him go to the highest bidder. Cuz he’s gonna, I’m sure. Maybe Assistant HC..
