So I'd like to elaborate on this:

    1) yes it's a law

    2) It's almost exclusively related to selling products in mass / at retail stores

    3) If your sales are really high in volume - you continue until you get a CND (You'd have to be making some serious bank)

    4) If you get an CND - apply for sellers license allowing you rights to NFL content

    5) The information above comes basically directly from the NFL merchandising contract and legal team - I use this as an example in class where I teach product design/manufacturing and how to legally obtain profits from copyrighted content.

Thanks for the clarification on this. An artist I know is always paranoid about using any  trademarked or copyrighted material.

  2. My opinion - It’s worse than we know. The country will eventually come back to life in stages after the spike in cases goes down in those areas. Summer may help. But it will not be normal activity - we will be working with social distancing limits which means no group sports and no fans in stands. Until vaccine or effective treatment comes along, no football and that stinks.

  3. With my limited knowledge, I think it is almost a  certainty that the season will be cancelled. I see no evidence to the contrary...yet. We are just at the beginning of this crisis now.  By the time we get through the initial infection wave that will move across the country, there will be some celebrities, athletes, etc who get ill and don’t recover. Those who recover can have damaged lungs from scar tissue. No athlete wants to take that risk to play a game. Smart owners also shouldn’t want to expose them to that risk either. I also can’t see NFL games without fans in the stands.

  4. Houston has 3 elite players at their positions - Hopkins, Watson and Watt. Those players made a difference in the game, Bills are young and growing, full of potential. Houston had a painful playoff loss last year. Bills got theirs yesterday. Hopefully they learn and grow from the experience. Allen is still learning at 23 yrs old. Kelley was 28 and in his third year before his first Bills playoff victory. In the long term, the future is still bright.

  5. Whatever happens in today’s game vs Houston, we need to remember that Josh is still very young in his development as a QB. When JK won his first playoff game he was in his third season with the Bills and was 28 years old. Josh is 23 and in his second year,  after coming from Wyoming.

With that said, I think he will play well. We may see more designed run plays for him today. We need all weapons in attack mode on offense.
