  1. But then the Jets have to pay him.
  2. The most interesting QB room in the NFL is in Tennessee. Levis is the starter, but they still have Willis and they signed Mason Rudolph. The pressure on Levis is going to be huge.
  3. I could use that same list to make my argument, which is that there will be busts in this years “stacked” WR class. That’s a list of 12 players, of which only three turned out to be #1 WRs. And the best one was picked at 53.
  4. Kicks that are kicked into the end zone are put at the 35. Ones that roll into the EZ are placed at the 20. Also, no more fiat catches on kickoffs. All the incentives are for teams to kick it to the returner and for him to return the kick. https://www.si.com/nfl/2024/03/26/new-nfl-kickoff-rules-2024
  5. We tend to highlight the busts with only a single year of college production, but we ignore the ones who succeed. Here's Joe Burrow's college stats. One of these things is not like the others. https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/joe-burrow-1.html
  6. I always say that if a foreign person wanted to understand the American South, a listen to the Paul Finebaum show or Cats Call-In on KY Sports radio would do it. If you think the press were tough, wait until Cal has to field calls from Dale from Winchester on Tuesday.
  7. Communist? Kind of the other way around. He wants the riff-raff priced out of an oak-lined hotel bar next to the stadium where he can sip single malt while smoking an illegal Cuban. I'll take my Blue Light in a parking lot, thank you very much.
  8. He went to High School just up the road from me at Winton Woods. I play tennis there all the time.
  9. They can take them to lunch and talk to them. The Bills did that with Bijon last year on the day of Texas' Pro Day.
  10. There is an incorrect narrative on this board that “McDermott doesn’t play rookies,” all stemming from the Elam situation, that drives a lot of those takes.
  11. That was only speculation by people on here. Hyde has been in contact with other teams, including a possible return to Green Bay.
  12. QB. That Josh Allen guy just doesn't work hard enough. He needs to go back to farming melons.
  13. We all want something so badly, and to get it we depend on other people's work ethic and decisions. It's that frustration that drives threads like these.
  14. If the point of this thread is to panic, both Zac Taylor and Mike McDaniel were at the Texas pro day. Imagine Worthy with Waddle and Hill.
  15. Darius was great until he wasn’t.
  16. Um, Ridley's career playoff stats are zero yards on zero targets.
  17. The agents announce the visits to demonstrate interest. They are probably not happy with the offers that they are getting and are trying to get one team to cave.
  18. You think that's bad? Kiper has the Bills taking T.J. Tampa, CB, Iowa State.
  19. Im not sure what we’re talking about here, but I do know that it sure is great that the “heart and soul” of the Bills is a franchise QB and not a DT.
  20. That probably had a lot to do with no longer being on the field with either Young or Sweat.
  21. I didn’t know that. Signing Carr reeked of “win now under any circumstances” and that usually comes from an owner. So, then the GM and coach have to go. A new regime will clean house and start over, like what Beane and McDermott did here. Fans will complain, but what do they know?
  22. Owner won’t let them.
  23. The Colts drafted Nick Cross in 2022 who stepped in for Blackmon in the final two games and played very well. They could afford to let Blackmon go. The injuries, of course, are also playing a role.
  24. And he still can't buy beer in a gas station.
  25. Screw DT. If the Bills have any business sense, they should pay Leighton Vander Esch. One glimpse of a LB with a neck pad would drive every man in WNY between the ages of 55 and death to purchase multiple jerseys.
