You can’t go right from the melon patch to the NFL. Gotta learn from the bench.

I grew up on the West Side of Buffalo. I know exactly what you mean.

Brandon Aiyuk officially requests a trade
Low Positive replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
So I guess the 49ers are not getting a WR back in the trade. So a SB contender just got weaker. -
It's nice not to have stories like this coming from Bills Camp: https://www.si.com/nfl/jalen-hurts-nick-sirianni-relationship-fractured-report
-
Brasky said it was INC but Sal said he was already in the EZ so TD. It was the same play. These TC tweets are really a matter of the beat writer's perception and their agenda (Thad).

Brandon Aiyuk officially requests a trade

I don't think anybody thinks that the Bills are trading for him. People are just following where he ends up. -
I agree with you but, just to play devil's advocate, Kelce is probably the best "receiving target" in the NFL. He plus anyone is a good top-two pass-catching tandem. We hope that Kincaid can become that but it's certainly a risk. One that might cost some people their jobs.

Brandon Aiyuk officially requests a trade

Those guys sources are either agents (Schefter) or front-office personnel (Rappaport). Or they are like Kleinman and just report stuff that other people already reported. The key is to know who is who. In this case, Aiyuk's agent is trying to get him more money so he is feeding stuff to Schefter. I would bet the farm on that. -
Brandon Aiyuk officially requests a trade

I'm just not sure that Aiyuk makes the Browns all that much better. It's more making a splash just to make a splash. I'm just not sure how much better Aiyuk is than Cooper. Aiyuk's been in an incredible system where he has never seen a double team. That all changes at the clear #1 in Cleveland. Also, Cleveland is where WR careers go to die. It's like that one storefront where restaurant after restaurant fails. Each new owner thinks that their great idea will be the one to change that trend. Sometimes, it is the location. -
The weather guy on Channel 5 in Cincinnati gets so excited anytime there is a potential for a tornado. He practically creams his pants any time he sees the clouds start swirling on the radar. But that is actual irony, unlike everything she listed in that song.

People complaining about homerism on the least homer message board in the NFL is rich. Jets and fins fans are planning parades, Bengals fans have convinced themselves that Chase not practicing is a good thing, while we have 87 pages of “pump the breaks” aimed at a fan who had the audacity to start a positive thread about their own team.

Watched the highlights from the week 18 game last year
Low Positive replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
All of this is true, but don’t discount Josh’s shoulder injury. Just because he’s a beast and fits through injuries that would sideline most players doesn’t mean that it doesn’t effect his play. -
Do you all know that Chase is still not practicing at Bengals camp?
-
No, I didn't pay to come watch "his" game. I paid to watch the Bills beat your sorry team and make your life miserable for a few hours.
-
Last year, we just talked about LBs and Diggs' body language.

It feels to me like maybe we grew up in the same house. My mother at 77 still watches nothing but English people solving murders or tending to injured farm animals. Yeah, the most dangerous place in the world is not Beruit. It's Cabot Cove or an English manor house. Don't get me started on all the violence at English horse races. There seems to be a murder at every single one of them.

Not to mention Demeco Ryans, who looks like he could suit up as the emergency LB if he needed to.

Daboll is very sensitive to the claims that his career was made by Josh Allen, so I can see why he didn't want to be the one who said his name.

John Elway admits Josh Allen was his biggest regret
Low Positive replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Broncos had been recently burned by taking a small-school QB with elite traits in Paxton Lynch. Elway was understandably gun-shy at that point on players like that. -
This. Edward’s is out for a few weeks and the Bills need someone to take his camp/practice reps.

That guy, #17, is sooooo overrated.

Tua gets the bag - $53M a year

If I can't clown on the Fins on a Bills message board, what can I do here? -
I like to go to other teams forums during camp to see the hopium. The strongest that I have seen is coming from the Chicagoland Area. They think they are winning the SB for sure, what with plays like this one:
