Apparently the Tennessee winners announced it on the Today Show this morning before even reaching out to the lottery commission. The last thing I'd want to do if I won was to immediately become an attention whore. I'm also not flying halfway across the country with my ticket to do so. Even if there is some level of public announcement required with winning, I'm trying to minimize that as much as possible. Instead, these people have every scammer in the world already forming a line.
I saw that crap and the guy had the ticket on him. I wonder how happy he will be if he gets mugged.

The real shame is that national media (NFL.com, SI.com, and CBS Sports.com) all picked up Vic's BS as if it were legitimate. It's not the first time they have been burned by Vic this season. He has really slipped since his return to TBN.
PTI... also picked it up as a discussion item yesterday.

Gleason credibility was gone when he trashed the Sabres for tanking and someone found a article from a few years back where he said the Sabres should tank.

You know damn well what I'm talking about Weo. There are real journalists, and then there are the Gleasons and Sullivans. Tyler Dunne is a real journalist. Tim Graham, though thin-skinned, produces quality content. Bucky and Jerry do not. Their job is to stir the pot, to generate clicks and grab eyeballs by printing demagoguery and trash.
I don't agree on Graham but Vic Carruci is a real journalist. Sully and Gleason are now back cover tabloid writers like the NY Post and Daily News.

Yesterday Bucky was trashing the owners, today he's writing revised history on Fitz. Tomorrow he'll pry be writing that Ralph wasn't cheap and the Bills won 4 Superbowls.

One article I saw had New York on the list also. I just make it easy on myself and use my passport.
I have the NYS "Enhanced" license to get into Canada. I wonder if that would make a difference.

Rex said today Harvin wants to still play. There is no way we keep him at his contract. There is no way IMO anyone pays him a decent contract next year based on his injury history and production history and various other factors. Personally I would have no problem signing him to a smallish deal with incentives for games active, starts and production. I think he would entertain re-signing here. At 3m I still know it is a risk and less than 50% chance he plays 15-16 games but it's a risk I would take.
I wouldn't want it to dissuade us from finding another #2 or #3 or #4 WR in FA or the draft though. And I totally understand why people would say no or not worth the risk.
Base contract and incentive laden contract I'm good. Of course it was never clear why he suddenly went away this year.

They are both worthless but if I have to pick one it's Bettman to survive. When the last time ole Rodg was even seen in public? Do we even now if he's still in charge?
