I remember someone here giving us the real reason the Pegula's want a new stadium. It is not about the stadium suitability,  the suitability of the stadium for the players or the game of football,  the fans,  or a better fan experience. It is all about profit. It is much, much harder psychologically to convince fans to pay a lot more to attend a game at a renovated stadium than it is to with a brand new one in a different location. If it is renovated one, it is easier for the fan to compare it to what they had in the old stadium.  The new stadium in a new location makes it easier to distract and confuse the fan about what is honestly a fair and reasonable cost to them to attend the game.

If our government stopped paying welfare to billionaires so they could make more money, there would be no conversation. We would get the best stadium for the best bang for the buck. A business would make the decision based on logic, not just say it really does not matter what the cost is. As the owner I get all the benefits, and someone else pays the costs. It is a win, win for the billionaires.

Have they publicly stated that they want to build a new stadium? I could be misremembering, but I feel like it's only been the league/Goodell that has said they want the Bills to build a new stadium.

wait.  Preston Brown said something good about Buffalo.  I thought players hated it here.  hahah.  AB.

Well, after Brown signed with Cincy/Davis retired at halftime, he tweeted out that he was happy to be out of Buffalo and that there was 'something in the water' here.

Had a really good post typed up and hit the back button on my phone browser and wiped it away so I'm gonna just give a quick and easy summary of what I was saying...

We want these guys to be top flight backups on this team. They seem to have shown that's what they are on their previous teams, it's expecting a lot of them to be GOOD starters. Just because they're better than Mills and Ducasse doesn't mean this team should be patting themselves on the back and calling it a day if they're serious about keeping Allen protected

I wonder if they want top-flight backups because they plan on taking riskier, 'higher ceiling/lower floor' type OL in the draft.

If over the next two years the above drafted players get close to their ceiling, then they're high-quality starters. If they don't come close, the Bills have serviceable players to fill in in the meantime, and can draft/sign bluechip guys in 2 years.

The next round of activity is likely to be a wait and see who gets cut from other teams situation.  Beane does not seem eager to spend every dime available and I would have to guess he is leaving some money available to take actions later.  I really can’t wait for the draft because if it is solid camp will be really interesting.

Do players oftentimes get cut this time of year? (Between the first wave of FA and draft.) For whatever reason I don't remember that in years past, but I could be wrong.

that IG post seems to have been taken down. I went to his page even & his profile is now private.

Can anyone share what it said or is it really no big deal?

It was just a picture of him in a Bills uni with the comment: "Painted that image like I ain't *****, but I'ma burn it up now"

John Miller posted a bunch of ??? and then emojis of a guy yelling into a black heart

EDIT: the post still shows up for me here (I'm on laptop browser)

I too am waiting on the decoder ring to see just what it is I am missing out on.....what am I supposed to be seeing?  Cuz I ain't seeing it....

It's just a song lyric. My take is that he feels disrespected/like he's being overlooked, and that he's going to work harder to show what he can do. Maybe the fact that we've signed 3 WRs in the last 2 days will light a fire under his ass like being cut did for Foster.
