  1. Well if there was and engine failure on just one of the four engine the whole plane would crash. Unlike the 747 and the plane is not light enough that is could make an emergency landing on 3 engines. 747 is a half double decker plane while the Airbus is a full double decker plane. There's way too much weight of just one of the engines fail. It will drop out of the sky so fast if that happens. They might only has a slim chance of making an emergency landing at a nearby airport the way I see it. But even then, most airports aren't equipped to handle such a big plane. Even f the pilot were able to touch down on the runway he would run out of runway because from what they say the plane needs and extra 1/4 of a mile to make a successful landing. It will be another one those accidents like a few weeks ago when that plane skidded of the runway killing that kid in the car. However it if happens again it won't be because of weather conditions.
  2. WHAT THE????? http://www.billsdaily.com/ 2/11/06 Moorman Disqualified: Brian Moorman participated in the open field competition at the Pro Bowl Skills competition today and was disqualified. He ran very well and made it through the hurdles and other obstacle course stuff quickly. He decided to totally blow off the sled since he is too small to push it. He thought it would be just a :05 penalty but they disqualified him instead. The NFL is so unfair these days!
  3. They had a segment on the new Airbus plane on the National Geographic channel and the History channel. They said that the plane is SO big that, like someone else said before me they have to expand airports. The problem with this is that the expansion will mean the tearing down of near by neighborhoods. From what I've seen these shows have shown that there is already a situation somewhere in Germany where an airport is trying to expand itself in order to have to Airbus. They are thrying to build over nearby neighborhoods that have been there for over 75 years and some areas are wine vineyards. Also the major problem they said that because these engine on the plane are so powerful that they create a lot of noise. They mentioned that you could hear the plane from over 15,000 feet in the air and from over 7 miles away. Yeah sure the plane will be the biggest plane in the world but there are huge side affects. Ticket prices they say will range from anywhere between $750-$1,000 per person on the single level and $2,500-10,000 per person on the second level. This isn't because it's first class but it has it's own bar and other insane features. This is crazy! How are people suppose to afford a trip on this plane? I'm 16 and I even know a bad idea when I see it. Is this really where where going in our world?
  4. the Bills need to start playing as a team and not playing the blame game. That what they need to learn first.
  5. update on this crash this is unbelievable!! 2/10/2006 - Bank robber crashes in the middle of a high speed chase. This is what the news copters wont show you during a car chase. Miraculously we are told this guy somehow survived.
  6. Moorman, from what I've heard, is the second or third fastest person on this team. The only other people that I heard are faster than him are Evans and McGee.
  7. Yes, McGahee has proved that he could gain over 1000 yards rushing even with the o-line as bad as it has been. But this year will be the true test to see how good of a Rb he really is. So far I've seen the he has an unbelievable and he very strong. So it's a start.
  8. Thank god PTI will still be shown on Mondays. I love that show! But why on earth did Espn keep Theisman. He's a terrible announcer. If you heard him on ever sunday night game this year, he doesn't talk about the game at all. He just says random things to distract everyone else from the game. All I have to say is: Why Espn, Why keep Theisman?
  9. He really hasn't proved himself. But that's only because we've had such a bad o-line.
  10. That was an exciting game to watch! 5 vs 3 in OT. You knew they were going to win. Great job Miller and Afinogenov, you guys saved the day again!
  11. Jauron is looking at Shoop for the Qb coaching position. I like him! http://www.billsdaily.com/news/index.shtml#020706
  12. If Willis has a good year, then he'll be around for 3 or 4 years more.
  13. I don't know. I mean there were bad calls on both sides. It wasn't really one sided. Yes, we all know that the Seattle player had a touchdown and there was no push off. But the reason why seattle lost is that they had poor clock management at the end of the 2nd half and at the end of the game.
  14. I say no, because if they were not many people would watch football.
