  1. Tim Anderson is just another in a long line of bad picks by Tom Donahoe
  2. Baltimore did a pretty good job of slowing done LT earlier this year...held him to under 100 yards The Pats are going to force Rivers to beat them and do everything they can to stop LT
  3. none of those guys have excelled in the NFL so stop being a homer WR is not a major need for this team, upgrading both lines, LB, CB and TE are the top priorities
  4. I see Tom Donahoe is posting on here now a RB or WR in the first, are you kidding me? good RB's and WR's can be had after the first round...a stud lineman on either side of the ball is what this team needs first
  5. if the Bills didnt make the trade for RJ and kept their pick the rumor was they would have picked Tra Thomas
  6. I believe he is a free agent and wants 5 mil a year and will most likely be playing elsewhere next year with the emergence of maurice Jones Drew
  7. completed less then 50% of his passes and two of his TDs were in the second half when ND was trailing by double digits and they were forced to throw. Stats can be hollow if you look close enough. ND's defense was torched but 20 incompletions and leading them to only 10 points in the first half didnt help their cause either
  8. why bother? all you're going to say is that they are not the norm...but off the top of my head i'll say Danny Weurffel. I believe Eli was a 3 or 4 year starter and he played pretty well from the start
  9. if thats the way it would have been put I would have agreed with it but he's argument was that he was young and nothing to do with the system he was in Palmer won and played well in big games, say what you want about the talent around him but he raised his game against better competition and didnt build up his rep by beating Army and Navy. I thought Palmer was less of a given then most people thought and he has proved me wrong, he is one of the best QBs in the game and throws one of the best balls in the NFL which I dont think people put enough empasis on especially for QBs that will play in cold weather cities I'll take a strong armed QB that won in college over one with all the stats but couldnt win big games anyday
  10. no your point doesnt make any sense...what you're saying is Quinn's play didnt improve because of Charlie Weiss but because he turned 20? Quinn played before Weiss was hired and played poorly which is my point, guess you just cant put that together when a guy struggles and doesnt play well then suddenly does a 180 when a good coach with a QB friendly system comes aboard its obvious he is more a product of the system then anything else
  11. young QBs making their first appearance in the playoffs usually struggle I think they win a game but I dont see them beating Baltimore
  12. I wouldnt be surprised if they end up with Culpepper
  13. make a better point next time then cool guy because making the excuse that he was only 18 and 19 before Weiss got there and that is why he struggled is just Da...Umb!
  14. people who look at stats think he is the best QB in the league, he is like Allen Iverson, give him enough shots and he'll lead the league in scoring but that wont win a championship
  15. and whats your point...isnt every other college QB relatively the same age during their first two years of college??? thanks for chiming in with your incredible facts
  16. if you dont think Vince Young won games for Texas last year and Tennessee this year then you need to get a clue...did you even watch the National Championship game last year? good QBs play their best in the big games and Quinn was never able to do that...make whatever excuse you want
  17. name one big game Quinn has ever won...the guy is a product of CW's system, Quinn was awful before CW for there...he also cant throw a consistant tight spiral to save his life
  18. why would Youboty be competing with McGee when he would naturally just take over for Clements
  19. Steinbach should have been the Bills pick instead of McGahee
  20. Gandy is just terrible, he barely even got a hand on Suggs on that sack...you dont see a Guard get beat that badly very often
  21. you cant put too much blame on Fletcher for the Bills poor run defense, all you have to do is see the push every o-line gets against this d-line to see where the problem is.
  22. I was in an apartment complex just before that law was passed and they said I couldnt put my dish up so I cemented a pole in the ground next to my patio and put the dish up on sundays and took it down that night. Took until about midseason before anyone complained but they said as long as I took it down and it wasnt mounted anywhere there wasnt anything they could do. Someone actually complained because the dish was pointed in the direction of their apartment and thought they might get some kind of radiation, how funny is that...it was an older lady that I later found out had already lost it and had to be forced from her apartment and into a home
  23. I would guess this also means his Bills career is over as well
  24. I would guess Indy would be interested with all the problems they've had, I recall reading after the Jax game where they were just shreded that they switched their LBs around including their MLB so it looks like they might be in the market for a new MLB Im not as concerned with losing Flecter as some people are, DT is still a bigger need and until that gets fixed it wont matter who is playing MLB
