I would mind a defensive end to help the pass rush. Except I mean an actual defensive end, not a DB who put on 25 lbs.

As a Bills fan who also follows the Panthers closely and has watched every game this season, yes we have a chance. I highly doubt we pull it off though. Carolina's running game is too good. The only chance we have of winning is Jake Delhomme. Jake has a way of keeping games close, much like the entire Bills roster. In fact, he would be the perfect Bills QB.

Jerry is a one trick pony who is only relevant because of the market he writes for. Everyone of his colleagues has moved on to bigger and better things except for him. Writing negative pieces on Buffalo sports franchises is like shooting fish in a barrel. If he was in the New York market, they would eat him alive. He is not a talent evaluator, is not particularly knowledgeable regarding the Xs and Os, but he can sure tell you why you suck!

Fitz benefited from a defense which forced SIX interceptions yesterday and still almost lost. We did not win that game because Fitz was our QB. We won the game in spite of Fitz being the QB. There is a big difference.

Tim, Rex Ryan learned a valuable lesson today. If you are going to play not to lose against a Dick Jauron coached team, he will school you every time. Only Dick Jauron can have his team pick off 6 passes and still need 5 quarters to squeek out a victory.

Is there seriously a QB controversy? Did anybody watch Fitz today? I think the controversy would be if we start Fitz or Hamden until Trent gets back.

Playing not to lose will net you 0 to 7 wins a season depending on how serious the opposing team takes you. Clearly the Jets played down to our level today and Dick schooled them.
