  1. Honestly, that's the most annoying part about this news. The Bills who beat Miami in week 4 would have won the AFC easily, and maybe given San Fran a run in the Super Bowl. Instead, the Bills decided that their Super Bowl was against Miami and have gotten progressively worse in a year where the AFC could have been theirs.
  2. I think people are forgetting that Frazier was about to call it quits after his stint in Baltimore but McD talked him into coming here. It's very feasible that last season took a mental toll on him and, at his age, he thought "man, I cannot do this again". Being a Coordinator is a LOT of work. It's not a 40 hour, 9-5 gig.
  3. That was the game I gave up on Losman. I was a defender at that point
  4. Considering how quickly Josh went to bat for Stef when the media went on "Attack Mode" with the early season stuff, it's pretty pathetic that Diggs is being quiet while his less talented brother mouths off. If the media actually did it's job, it would be great if someone asked him directly about this. Ask Josh too.
  5. Don't forget they have Schwartz as their DC. We saw firsthand how players would run through walls for him. I miss his defences...they were nasty and mean. Not bend-don't-break like we've had since then.
  6. Honestly, if Washington doesn't promote him, the right man for the job is Eric Bienemy. He's from the Reid coaching tree but he's offensively minded. He can find a decent DC and go from there.
  7. EXACTLY. This is the issue I have with the offense. There are no major injuries (Knox aside) but they are unable to get into any sort of rhythm. There is no reason for this team to be relying on the defense in a two-minute drill to protect a 1-4 point lead. Against these mediocre teams like the Jets, Pats and Broncos, they should be spotting the defense a 21-30 point lead. It's baffling how out of sync they are.
  8. The opportunity would be there to take over as HC if he's shown the door mid-season, It's a backdoor way to becoming an HC.
  9. I'd rather have that then Josh staring blankly on the sidelines, getting into his own head and wondering what he needs to do to win the game by himself.
  10. I said last night in the GDT that if the Bills trot out the same coaching staff next week, I'm not watching. I'm not "done with the Bills", I'm just going to watch the ticker and grumble under my breath like I did during the Jauron/Trent Edwards/Rex Ryan years. I've got two year old twins that need my time and I'm done wasting it on this iteration of the Bills.
  11. It's hard to believe this is the same football team that absolutely TROUNCED Miami and had every analyst saying "The Bills made a STATEMENT that they are gunning for the Superbowl!" to what this team is today - "They just need some luck to be a first round loss in the playoffs"... I get losing Milano and Tre hurt the defense...but WTF happened to the offense from that game onwards?!?
  12. Not sure how many canucks are on the board, but if anyone watches the Canadian version of Sportscenter, we have Luke Wilson (former Seahawks TE) always on post-game. He has ALWAYS called out the McDermott Bills for their lack of fundamentals with a championship caliber squad. Since 2020 he has been harping that the Bills have always been terrible with the basics and have only been as good as they are just on sheer talent. He called last night's game (and this season), the "coming home to roost" year. He has been very critical of McDermott because he preaches fundamentals but nothing he sees on the Bills show that. It's just more proof that this franchise needs to move away from the McDermott era ASAP. He had his role, he changed the culture but its clear he lacks the ability to not drive a Porsche like it's a Datsun.
  13. It was genuinely the best ending. Not only did they lose, but bonehead decisions by McDermott seals it. if there was any doubt that this coaching is the reason this team is flailing this season, that ending erased all doubt.
  14. Maybe a loss will finally bring about change at OBD.
  15. It’s amazing how the entertainment value of the Bills has just gone down the toilet since the midway mark of last season.
  16. The NFL can only focus on one celebrity relationship at a time.
  17. I’m thinking for my own mental health, this will be the last game I watch with this iteration of the coaching staff. If any of them are back next week, I’m not watching.
  18. Josh Allen with Daboll was one of the top two QBs in the league. We’ve seen him slowly degrade into JP Losman under Dorsey. Anyone who thinks it isn’t coaching that’s nuking this team is out to lunch.
