yea, but when what you read are rags like the NYtimes. LAtimes, the guardian, etc.. whats the difference between them and the network news programs? They both use eachother as sources of the same bias information.

Um mickey do you think that saddam was having his troops shoot at our palnes in the no fly zone with no intention of hitting them? The fact that he violated the resolutions, and fired upon our troops earned him the ass whipping that he and his boys got. -

I don't think that getting caught with the presidents pans down is what AD was talking about. Clearly it was about a connection between people of like minds. -
Yasser Arafat endorses Kerry

Umm, why do you say that WND has no credibilty? They are no different then any other source out there. I guess you would rather see this reported on CBS before you believed it. By the way I have heard this story on the radio news all day today. This is not a WND exclusive. -
Article Well I wonder how the people of spain feel now? After all, their capitulation to the terrorists when they were attacked right before the election, was supposed to keep them safe. Huh, what, now they find out that the radical islam fundamentalists still mean them harm. How could this be? The did what the radicals wanted......they appeased and they voted in the man who pulled the tropps out on demand. Isn't that what was supposed to keep us safe??? Well welcome to the real world spain. radical islam hates evryone, and everything that is not like them. They are animals, and they have no respect for human life in any way shape or form. The are sub-human (and that may be generous) and they will never stop killing you no matter how many times you surrendor to them. Wake up and smell the coffee.

Toledo Blade newspaper Are we ever in for a wacky two weeks as we close in on the elcetion. Accourding to the Toledo Blade this clown was aressted after he filled out and signed at least 124 registration forms. But hey, he wasn't doing this for money...he was doing it for CRACK. And who may you ask was paying him off with the rock???? a 41 year old woman who works for the NAACP Voter Fund out of Toledo. Who do you think they were targeting for registration? Perhaps the best part is some of the names that he used in the registration forms. Such as: Mary Poppins, Jeffrey Dahmer, Janet Jackson, George Foreman, Brett Favre, Michael Jordan, and Dick Tracy. Well at least he was creative........and apprantly the crack was working.

Hmm, when you couple this with the ringing endorsments of N. Korea, germany, France, and kofi annan I would say people would be crazy not to vote for kerry. maybe these are the fine folks that kerry will have his little summit with. -

Give me one example of where Franks has spun before. He g=has a very strong track record, and the only reason he is coming out now is because this has gone on just a bit too far. -
Kerry said to be excommunicated
Rich in Ohio replied to Rich in Ohio's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Would you have been happier if the Catholic Church simply turned the other cheek and did nothing to kerry? Well of course that is a stupid question, I know that you would prefer that they do that...but I had to ask the question. -

You should really make sure that you have woken up before you post. This may be the wackiest statement I have seen all week. Have a cup of joe, and try again. maybe you should actually read your post before you hit "add reply" -
Article Looks like kerry has some new problems. Wow, I never thought that the October surprise would come from the Catholic Church. Its good to see the church stick to its guns. Bravo....can't have it both ways kerry.

Looks like Putin understands terrorism

Well said to spidey pal. I almost allowed myself to waste another 10 minutes expalining it, only to have them flame me, and run off to another thread and raise hell again. The point is, they do not get it, they can not get it, and they will not get it. It takes a strong will, and determined spirit to stay the course and get this job done. It will not be completed in GWB next 4 years, and the same issue will be the focal point then as it is now. We are in a beginning stages of a long and difficult war. I am glad that GOD is on our side, and we will win the day as long as we have someone who understands this evil for what it is. GOD Bless America -
Wow, were do I start? First of all, what the heck is wrong with just following the rules? The rules are the same for everyone, not just one party or the other. Looks to me like the courts were asked to decide, and they did. By the way the vote was unanimous, are you saying that all of the judges are looking to disenfranchises demcratic voters? Come n this is really not that difficult. There is a place to go and vote, and it is your responsibilty to KNOW where that place is. The voteing booths are not hidden from plain sight, they are not turning people away, the law simply says..." go where you are supposed to go"what the hell is so hard about just following the laws? You make it seem as though this situation will only effect democrates or something. What are you saying that they are stupid and can't find these mystery hiden voting places. Did the "Man" not tell them were to go? Come on, this is stupid, and it is this kind of expectations that lead us to the place we were 4 years ago. If someone is too stupid to find the place were they should vote...then maybe that is a sign that they hav no real business voting. I know that if I was not sure where to vote....I would find out.

I travel all over the Midwest every week on business, and this is what I have seen. 1) Ohio ( GWB by 2% - 3%) Obviously I live here so I have a pretty good handle on the state. As mentioned above, the rural areas are huge GWB supporters, and the northern cities are pro kerry (or ABB) This has not changed since I have lived here. I think that GWB has the edge simply because the base is very motivated. they take theiur responsibility seriously, and they will turn out. I have never seen our base so motivated. 2) Indiana ( GWB in a walk ) Strong GWB......nothing more to say, they have done a great job in this state of remaining basically normal people. 3) Kentucky (GWB in a walk ) the are from another planet. Fourtunately they are strong conservative supporters. This is based on a simple fact. They liked being talkd to....not down to. 4) Wisconsin I travel here about two or three times a month. My main customers are in Madison (very liberal city) and Milwaukee. I can not say for sure who is in the lead but I can tell you that I have not seen so many Bush/Cheney signs anywhere else. It seems like every other yard has one. Clearly the ratio is 20 - 1 against kerry/edwards signs. I don't know what this will translate into, but it is the biggest surprise to me. I thought going into the elction that this state was a lock for kerry. It may still be, but I think it is way too close to call. Again think this is a matter of GWB getting out their supporters. 5) Michigan My Corporate offices are in Michigan so I am there about once a week. I see pretty much 50/50 as far as signs go, but I do not get the sense of intensity here as I do in the other close states. I don't know what that is, maybe its just me. My feeeling is that kerry takes Michigan, but it will not be easy. GWB forced kerry to spend more time and money here then he wanted to. Summary: I amd sick and tired of the political ads from both parties here. I have no idea who they are trying to presuade. I know nobody that is even remotely undecided. All or most are simply waiting for the 2nd of Nov. The ads seem to be mean and useless from both sides equally.

Additional information from Duelfor report
Rich in Ohio replied to Rich in Ohio's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Of course I read the article. My point was...(please try to stay with me here) that this was not even remotely mentioned in the media. That is what I was eluding to, the fact that the story was grossly slanted to the lefts agenda. (As useual) -
Looks like Putin understands terrorism
Rich in Ohio replied to Rich in Ohio's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Not a surrender pal, just a easier avenue of attack for those who hate us. It is really rather simple.......the terrorists would like nothing more then to have GWB out, and someone like kerry in. That is more a a matter of GWB is willing to deal with the threat, and those on the left will not. Oh yea, of course if we are attacked while someone like kerry is in office we will no doubt respond, but the big difference is..that is where it will stop. Perhaps a few cruise missles, or a few B-52 runs, but that is about it. You don't have to look too far back into history to see that. On the other hand, GWB and friends will indeed take the fight to the enemy on THEIR turf. In fact we are doing that right now. Just decide for yourself, how you and your family will feel more safe. -
Article From NADCA wbesite NADCA stands for the North Americal Die Casting Assoc and they represent die casting manufactures all over the country. I guess you can say that they are the real heart of the manufacturing industry. True down and dirty manufacturing. Every year they come out with a list of Senators and Representitives whose voting record does not support pro manufacturing issues. They refer to this list as the "Anti-Manufacturing Caucus" Well surprise surprise, look what two senators round out the top three in this list. Our own kerry/edwards. Arn't these the same two who say that they "have a plan" about how to put Aerica back to work? Arn't these the same two guys who are running around Ohio and other industrial states saying how they will return the high paying manufacturing jobs to these very states? Hmm, interesting that when they had thier chance to vote for and support pro manufacturing legislation they voted in favor of them less then 10% of the time. In fact kerry voted to support these manufacturers a whopping 'Zero" percent of the time. In other words...NOT AT ALL. These guys have the balls to stand up in front of crowds of people and say that they will bring these manufacturing jobs back. Well maybe someone in the crowd shouls ask..........." Why didn't you just vote in the first place and maybe they would not have left" As a side note, I have worked in this industry for 13 years. I have not seen the level of expansion in these companies since the mid 90's. I sell capital equipment to these companies and I sold more in the first 9 montsh of this year then in the previous 24 months combined. Trust me folks, the recovery is in full gear. These companies are in as good a shape as they have been in the past 10 years, and they ONLY spend money on capital equipment when they have to. They are the heart beat of America, and at this time the heart is pounding like a bass drum. Like it or not, the economy is rolling, and dispite kerrys and edwards weak record on supporting manufacturing industry, it done very well.

Do you think that the liberals who were only allowed to vote once in this poll will sue and claim dis-infranchisement? I am sure that tenny will lead the cause on this one. -
Yes we do. I can confirm that.
