I am glad you are not GM.
If you draft one in the first round you expect him to be your starter. Why draft one on the 2nd and 3rd after that? Those are potential starters too and instead you guarantee you're drafting two backups that will never play and may not even dress.
Also instead of developing one guy (which is hard enough to do) You want to develop 3? good luck.
Yeah, dumb GM's draft for this ...The smart ones trade.

Must be some truth to the ole adage...you don't know what you have, til it's gone.
-
Agreed. I just cannot listen to many more pressers from him. They are maddening and depressing at the same time.

Thank you for your service,

SHe is one of my ignorees.
Fixed!

I wish they would bring back Tavaris Jackson.

What do you think indict means?
Depends? Are you using it as a verb or adjective?
Or you could look it up yourself.
-
Yes, I did, in fact, say what I said. How insightful.
Does someone need an official title to make an observation and comment on the intent and substance of your posts? What were you attempting to communicate with your derisive reply to HamSandwich?
As his lawyer, you should realize it is easy to indict (a) HamSandwich!
-
How is it working for you? Never contributing anything of substance to the discussion, that is.
So says you...I must have missed the memo, when did you get elected editor of contributions?

I can never hope to lose against two of the most hated teams, the Jets and ESPECIALLY the Dolphins. That being said, I NEVER root for the Bills to lose in any instance anyway.
Yet, they seem to eek out a lot of losses without your support.
How is rooting for them to win, working out for ya?
-
Good chance you'll hate them even more after sunday
-
I never felt threatened by them. Not even once. And if Fitzy was accurate he'd be a Pro Bowler. "If" is a big word.
So are you putting money on the Bills to win, because you seem to know it's a given??
...or just wishful thinking?
I must also believe you feel the jets game is also a guaranteed win?
-
i didnt see the game but wow i can picture this stupidity
Welcome!
What part of Iowa?

I knew that this game would be as ugly as a troll. I knew that watching Russell Wilson run around and make plays on the Bills D like a little Hobbit would make me angry. Especially since I wanted the team draft him over our butter fingers WR. So instead I watched the Hobbit, which did not let me down like the Bills do. At least this will hopefully get Mr. screenpass, Galley, canned.
I watched a Hobbit today,too.
I give it 4 passes down!

theres a difference between throwing it and trying to score and just trying to embarass your opponent and faking punts. total classless move. pete must still think its college
Probably just trying to make Gailey feel comfortabel.

Sometimes you have to get worse before you get better. The team Buddy inherited wasn't the team that played the year before (that went 6-10). The best player from the year before (Aaron Shobel) retired. The top receiver from that year (TO) was not resigned. Plus, we went in a completely different direction on defense. The offense got better, the defense got worse. Now it's starting to look like both sides are getting up to speed. There was always the question of whether this defense would gel in the first year. We also had a brutal schedule to start the season. I'm always optimistic, but all things considered, my expectations of next season are much higher than they were for this season.
Always NEXT YEAR...oh well, we'll get em then, or the year after, or eventually at some point in the future, right? This years schedule had "winning season" written all over it. To come away .500 or below is "brutal".
Hope next years schedule is not as "brutal"...oh wait
-
and the pick will be trying to drive 90 yards in 35 seconds with no timeouts - get a clue
...Because that is how it happened all 4 times this year.
-
This is a very bad year to have to reach for a QB
Again, this is just your opinion, right?
-
Wow, really, judging by yards gained? How about by YPC? CJ is better than any of those two RBs and FJ is pretty darned good when healthy. I'll take CJ, getting the ball of course, over any of those three
I'll take a winning season over any losing season...when is that gonna happen?
-
Well, boohoo puppydog. Equally annoyed at your constant pot shots and heavy handed way you attempt to counter anybody who doesn't share your same point of view. And yes all Fitz haters want an elite QB(and I want one also) because an average Fitz isn't good enough to them.
So you have something in common with "Fitzhaters". See YA'LL ,it is a small world after all!
-
You forget, our "marketing partners to the North!' Possibly a hook up with Red Green would be in order. We could have the Possum Lodge Bills. They play dead every Sunday!
And the Bills are neither "handsome or handy".
-
At least someone remembers our O-line is in tatters. Not that a good O-line is needed in the NFL. Good coaching and QB play can "adjust" for the lack of blocking by sprouting wings and flying over defenders.
PTR
So should we draft O-linemen this year?
Or just have our current group "adjust" by sprouting armour so they never again can be injured?
-
As bad as we all think we are the Cardinals are 3X worse.
PTR
Now I understand how the Bills managed to beat them.

That pic cracks me up. Anyway, i like Chan and supported him but he's lost me. He looks and sounds more like grandpa everyday. Some National media are now calling him Andy Griffith. It's time to move on.
Andy Griffith and the Mayberry Bills... Nix can be Goober and Wanny seems like an Otis Campbell.
Shazam!!

Fine line between "doorstep and doormat.
As for those 4 plays away, you do realize the same argument can be made in some of the teams" wins". AZ immediately comes to mind.
