Nelson's first-ever pass in the NFL was a TD. And he's one of only 6 rookies to have scored a TD, and the only rookie TE to have done so. So yeah, I think there's reason to be excited about him. Hopefully injuries don't dog his career.

Lori, T.O is a narcisstic fool. I'm not interested in what he has to say. He is a fading star who craves the spotlight. Does that make him a bad dude? Certainly not. He is in the entertainment business. His history as a disruptive figure in San Fran, Philly and Dallas is well chronicled. As he has often stated when talking about himself compared to others is that he has never gotten into legal trouble. Big deal. He is a Diva who requires high maintenance.
When things are going well for T.O. he is very engaging. When things are not going his way he is incapable of containing his volcanic emotions. Sometime during the season, probably when the Bills are typically out of serious playoff consideration, and the weather gets cold and the passing game is limited, you will see the real ugly T.O.
I'm embarrassed that in order to create some BUZZ for this this struggling and non-descriipt ogranization felt the need to procure his diminishing talents when there were few other opportunities for this character. The team had a lot of other needs to fill instead of wasting any cap space on him.
T.O. is all about T.O. He is on a one year retainer. Everyone knows that. So let's just ignore what he says and judge him on how he performs on the field.
You're all over the place, JC. On one hand you talk about how Ralph won't spend money on this, that, and the other thing, and then when he spends money on a great player who can help the Bills on the field and who doesn't get into legal trouble, it's a bad thing because he speaks his mind, which is usually correct?

Wait till they make you sober up.
Funny, you'd think people would want free food, shelter, and clothing. That easily adds-up to way more than people spend on health care annually.

Derek Schouman's season-ending knee injury means Fine, a second-year pro, and Nelson, a rookie, will have more prominent roles on offense beginning with Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints.

The deadline for trading unsigned draftees has already passed. Crabtree won't be traded without signing a contract.
I was talking about trading him in March, not now.
-
glad you're on board. i'd suggest installing universal health care before going ahead with some of your more ambitious proposals.
Nah. Free food, clothing, and shelter first, or the deal's off.

Why cheer at all? Why not sit there in the stands silent. They're making millions, after all.

Watching one of the NFL shows this week (can't recall which one), they were talking about Crabtree. Mike Lombardi said he can't be traded until he signs a contract.
I thought you could trade the rights to a player?

It's the 2nd straight road game for the Saints. It's supposed to be wet and windy. They are starting their 3rd string unproven RB. They will be without their Pro Bowl LT and 4th WR. Their front-7 is pretty weak and is missing a starting DT. The Bills have a very good chance against the Saints.
-
McKinnie sat out until November his rookie year. If he sits-out, I'll think he's crazy. That is, unless the 49'ers trade him for a high first-round and Crabtree gets that huge deal he was looking for.
-
Also, the Vikes don't have no WR's. They have Berrian and Harvin, and Favre makes them a threat in the passing game.
-
Adrian Peterson is a once-in-a-decade RB. Jackson is proving to be a very good one. And I don't mind if Jackson is kept out of the national spotlight, given how great that turned-out for the Bills in Peters' case.

Who still thinks the Bills are a mess?

right wing nuts jobs like to make up this stuff. is that u rush!?!?
How do you make up the truth? There are going to be massive cuts in Medicare. That means cuts in services and/or cuts in reimbursements to doctors. In either (much less both) case, you have seniors who will be denied treatment. Barry and co. just don't want you to know about it before they try and railroad it through, not to mention the exorbitant cost of this albatross.
-
If it's going to be rainy and windy, take the under.
-
universal health care would be a good solution.
jw
Sure. Right after we all get free food. And housing. And clothing. Because really, how can anyone stay healthy without proper nutrition and shelter from the elements?

This link says that Nelson and McCargo are probable:

I'm not impressed with Glenn Gould. Wait, what?

Easy. Take off her glasses...and put them on yourself.

He's on IR.

Yeah, I was going to post that Smith and Grant had 3 sacks apiece last year. The top sacker was Bobby McCray with 6, and he has 1 so far in 2 games.

He had a big drop against the Patriots. And I don't think he played a lot against the Bucs.
