  1. I suggest listening to Something to Wrestle with Bruce Prichard.  They go over the WCW purchase and final Nitro episode in a couple of their podcasts.  See episode 19.

The basic jist of why a separate WCW brand would not work is the lack of talent from WCW.  Remember, WCW had guaranteed contracts.  A majority of the top WCW stars (Sting, Goldberg, Hall, Nash etc.) had long term guaranteed contracts.  For them to come under the WWE umbrella, WWE was not going to buy their existing contracts.  The WCW talent would need to renegotiate new contracts at a reduced pay.  For the top guys, why would you give up guaranteed money when you can sit at home and earn the money that Turner/Old WCW still owed you.  It is similar to when a coach gets fired in the NFL.  Even though they are fired, they are still guaranteed their money.  Also, there is no guarantee that the top guys would even want to come to the WWE.  The WWE schedule was much more intense than WCW.  Look at the talent that came over from WCW to WWE.  It was a bunch of jobbers and mid card talent sans Booker T (although, Booker T was just starting to become a top guy).  I do not think there was enough star power for a WCW only show.  Another reason was the WCW brand was a dead brand on arrival.  If WCW was such a good brand, it would not have went out of business.  The ratings and product towards the end was absolutely atrocious.

As far as AEW, it is all about a TV contract for them.  If they want to survive they need decent TV exposure.  There is no way any new wrestling promotion is going to compete with WWE without a decent TV contract.  Impact Wrestling was a decent product but their TV contract just got worse and worse.  They had a lot of talent (AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, The Hardys).  They went from Spike to Destination America to POP to some unknown network.  Other factors are that WWE seems to signing top indie talent and just stashing them in NXT or in developmental.  WWE can afford to sign talent which then prevents a rival promotion from using them.

I hope AEW succeeds but I think it is a huge mountain to climb.  Luckily they have some deep pockets with the Khans.

But it's not a complete picture or definition. That's why I prefer to use the term "cabal", though now that word is becoming so common it too is collecting baggage. The "cabal" consists of many different groups, including the Deep State as described above. But most of it is based in the IC and private sectors across the globe. It's a global crime syndicate essentially - who through great access, power, and wealth have the ability to steer the foreign policy agendas and domestic agendas of many nations to their benefit. It's not an American creation nor is it the creation of any one nation state or people. It's organized crime - which is why it's best to think of it as a mafia with different families. They often don't get along, fight with one another more than not, but they all agree that it's better for business to remain in the shadows rather than in the sunlight.

There was a tv show on AMC in 2010 called Rubicon.  It only lasted one season but I thought it was fantastic.  The shows concept is basically the same as what you laid out in this paragraph.

  3. I ordered this through Amazon and received it over the weekend.  I thumbed through it briefly and it has amazing illustrations.  It is a fun way to learn about the history of wrestling.  It has a really cool map laying out the various territories and who the top guys were in said territory.  If you like wrestling and want to re-live some of the historic moments then I highly recommend it.

Its not the FBI that's the issue. It's the reliance on - say it with me - anonymous sources. Anonymous sources FROM the FBI are even more suspect.

Isn't the original article linked in the OP based off of anonymous sources?  Why are these anonymous sources to be believed but other anonymous sources are not to be believed?

One source is the former IC officer and I am guessing the other source is from Louie Gohmert (or his office) since he was name checked in the article multiple times.

Two officials with the ICIG, investigator Frank Rucker and attorney Janette McMillan, met repeatedly with FBI officials to warn them of the Chinese intrusion, according to a former intelligence officer with expertise in cybersecurity issues, who was briefed on the matter. He spoke anonymously, as he was not authorized to publicly address the Chinese’s role with Clinton’s server.

    ,

Elway's statement is out of context here.  The trade offer was made BEFORE the whole National Anthem thing.  Elway's statement is dishonest.

Also, Denver's trade offer was contingent on Kaepernick trimming his guaranteed salary from $11.9 million to $7 million.  San Fran was not going to pay the difference so the trade would have been a pay cut on his guaranteed money.

I don't care what your feelings for him are but no one in their right mind would take a pay cut for their guaranteed money.  Definitely not in the NFL where contracts are worthless and the only thing that means anything is the guaranteed money.

  6. With Summerslam this weekend, how about some predictions.

Rusev & Lana vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas & Zelina Vega [KICKOFF MATCH] - Cien and Vega

The B-Team vs. The Revival [KICKOFF MATCH] (For the Raw Tag Team Championship) - The B-Team

Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Drew Gulak (For the Cruiserweight Championship) - Cedric Alexander (I have never seen 205 Live so I got no idea)

Shinsuke Nakamura (c) vs. Jeff Hardy (For the United States Championship) - Nakamura (RKO has to get involved somehow)

Carmella (c) vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch (For the Smackdown Women's Championship) - Carmella (Flair or Lynch will cost the other one the win)

Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz - The Miz (The Miz cheats to win setting up a rematch at the next PPV)

Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. Seth Rollins (For the Intercontinental Championship) - Dolph Ziggler (Ziggler cheats to win because he is a HEEL)

Braun Strowman vs. Kevin Owens - Braun Strowman

The Bludgeon Brothers (c) vs. The New Day (For the Smackdown Tag Team Championship) - The New Day

Finn Balor vs. Baron Corbin - Finn Balor

Alexa Bliss (c) vs. Ronda Rousey (For the Raw Women's Championship) - Ronda Rousey

AJ Styles (c) vs. Samoa Joe (For the WWE Championship) - Samoa Joe by DQ (Sets up rematch at next PPV)

Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Roman Reigns (For the Universal Championship) - Roman Reigns (Braun cashes in to make it a 3-way in the beginning.  Heyman helps Roman.  Roman turns heel fulfilling his destiny)

**The wild card is if KO wins the Money in the Bank, he then cashes in at the END on the victorious Brock Lesnar with help from Heyman.  KO then becomes a Heyman guy.

    Have fun at the show!

What a fun show.  Since we were so close I caught a t-shirt from Matt Hardy mid-match.  I gave it to a kid for karma points.  My wife later caught a Roman Reigns glove that she gave to the same kid behind us.  That kid cleaned up.

On a side note, Braun Strowman is massive!!!

If you have never been, I highly recommend it.  Also, if you can afford it, try to sit as close as possible at least once.  It was really cool being that close and being able to interact with the wrestlers.  A very entertaining night.  I think even my wife enjoyed it.  Money well spent.

  8. I am going to a Raw Brand house show Saturday night.  I am pretty excited about it.  The listed main event is Reigns vs Ziggler for the IC championship which I guarantee will end in a DQ with McIntrye interfering.  House shows are the best though.  I will be sitting 2nd row ringside which should be really cool.  I have never sat that close before.

Do any of you guys listen to the old school wrestling podcasts like Something to Wrestle With, 83 Weeks, and What Happened When?  If you do not, I highly recommend them.

Through cut-outs in Saudi Arabia, Israel, Turkey, and Qatar (and others), the Globalist faction of the Deep State has funneled billions of dollars in weapons and technology to these groups for the explicit purpose of spreading terror across not just the ME but Europe and the US as well -- both to keep the multipolarists (in this case the Iranians and Russians specifically) in check as well as to keep the general populations of the west in a state of fear and confusion.

And to keep the MiC dollars flowing into their coffers.

Is the creation of the Space Force just another gift to the defense contractors and a means to keep the MiC dollars flowing?  In the OP, the Globalists faction is all about keeping the MiC dollars flowing.  Could the Space Force creation then be considered very beneficial to the Globalists?

@DC Tomthank you for that, I did not know that was how it worked. Always assumed hearing all the ads on WTOP for active clearance people etc to work at the various GCs meant they were portable. Now I will sound a little less dumb talking to those folks!

    again, thx for the info!

My first job out of college was for a defense contractor.  I had to obtain a Secret clearance.  The company I worked for had to pay for it.  When I left that company, I was told my Secret clearance would be inactive and then expire after a year I believe.  Since I had an inactive clearance, I assume I would have been a more favorable candidate for another defense contractor because they wouldn't have to pay for me to go back thru the process of applying.  I soon realized that was why a lot of the people that worked for this company were ex-military.  The ex-military people already had a clearance so that was one less thing for the company to pay for.

  13. The tariffs on metal has reared its ugly head at my work.  Our customer mandates that all the fabricated material that we make equipment out of be sourced with US materials.  We use a lot of aluminum.  Our vendor that fabricates a lot of our parts called to inform us that the US metal market is jacking up their prices to match the increased Chinese prices due to tariffs.  As an example, a 1/2" plate of US aluminum has gone up 65% in the last few weeks. I work for a very small company and the increase in material cost due to US metal companies jacking up their prices to match Chinese metal is going to take a nice junk out of profit margin.  Maybe we can reclassify as a farmer and get some of that sweet corporate welfare money.

Going to be doing smaller topics about the details of the report over the next few days rather than one massive one in an attempt to make it easier on the eyes...

    Starting with:

    image.thumb.png.0a087a647738a8ffbb815ed47a53ee31.png

      Reveal hidden contents

Not just a treasure trove of endless Weiner jokes, the discovering of Clinton emails on Anthony Weiner's laptop was one of the most controversial and important moments of the MYE investigation. It happened in the climactic months of the 2016 election when NYC FBI agents discovered well over 300,000 (closer to 650,000) emails on Weiner's laptop after issuing a warrant on September 26, 2016 to search his devices in relations to sex crimes against a minor. Comey and McCabe sat on this information, and the laptop itself, for nearly four weeks - only announcing its presence to the world after an inter-agency spat between the SDNY, NYO, DAG and DC forced his hand.

The contents of the laptop itself have been the source of much speculation and controversy. One of the key questions asked at the time was how the FBI managed to read and clear the newly discovered emails so quickly. General Flynn raised that very question in a tweet:

This isn't just an ordinary suit asking this question, this is the former head of DIA and an expert in the technological tools and time needed to perform this kind of forensic work accurately. This question - how'd they read so many so fast? - was one of about twenty questions I wrote down on a piece of paper before reading the OIG MYE report in full.

    So what was discovered?

    PROBLEMS. Lots of them.

Let's take a look at the key issue. I'll be using parts of the OIG report itself as well as Comey's "Higher Loyalty" throughout the thread:

On September 28th, 2016 - two days after the FBI seized the laptop - FBI Assistant Director in Charge (ADIC) of the NYO William Sweeney is informed about the large number of Clinton emails discovered on the laptop. He immediately called Andrew McCabe, the lead agent on the MYE investigation:

    Dfz-nvSXkAAwdyO.jpg

Sweeney, per protocol, informs two Executive Assistant Directors (EADs) of the discovery, one of whom testifies under oath to OIG Horowitz that he too informed McCabe immediately upon learning about the discovery. Per his testimony, there "was no doubt" McCabe "understood the gravity of" the find:

    Dfz-oPTX0AAfc4U.jpg

In Comey's Young Adult masterpiece "A Higher Loyalty", he writes about when McCabe informed him of the emails, saying it happened in passing in early October. Comey tells the OIG the same thing, though concedes it might have been late September.

    (1) Higher Loyalty:

    Dfz-ovtW4AIHWpM.jpg

    (2) OIG Report:

    Dfz-ov_W0AAZi58.jpg

So we are to believe McCabe understood the gravity of the find right away, but only told Comey in passing. Comey then later said he didn't understand the relevance because he didn't know Weiner and Huma were married.

Who's BS meter is starting to tick? Just wait, it's going to get even nuttier...

Because after McCabe becomes aware of the laptop and its contents - nothing happens on the matter for over 21 days

That's not opinion, that's the factual discovery made by Horowitz and outlined in his report:

    Dfz-pcTWkAEkM1T.jpg

The rank and file working the matter were so upset by the lack of action, they took the matter to the Deputy Attorney General to force action. (Makes you wonder what was on that laptop that outraged so many NYC FBI agents, doesn't it? I can confirm from multiple sources that many rank and file agents were horrified by what they discovered on the laptop. The words "couldn't sleep" were said to me by two different people connected to the investigation inside the NYO.) The field agents were so outraged they threatened to go not just to the DOJ but to the NY Post as well.

Only AFTER this escalation to the DOJ and press does McCabe act. He starts with a break of dawn email to Comey on October 27th 2016 asking to meet about the MYE:

    (Higher Loyalty)

    Dfz-qBVWAAEzNU9.jpg

McCabe does not attend this meeting because according to the OIG report, he was "out of town". We know from other threads and work here that McCabe was in London at that point. Coincidentally a week and a half before Crossfire Hurricane opened, where he was (likely) meeting with British Intelligence Services.

But the meeting happened anyway and Comey is informed that the Weiner laptop has "hundreds of thousands" of Clinton emails, and there's "no chance" a review can be completed before the election.

NO CHANCE - this comes directly from the boots on the ground working the MYE investigation.

    Dfz-qrFXcAYlIp0.jpg

    Dfz-qrrW0AAZzXU.jpg

Shortly after this meeting, Comey sends the now infamous letter to Congress reopening the Clinton Email investigation and ignites a firestorm of controversy.

Then, almost is by magic, a technological breakthrough happens at the FBI. The FBI "wizards" found a way to "de-duplicate" the emails, meaning they didn't have to sort through them all, only the ones they hadn't already seen. This allowed the FBI to clear the contents in just 8 days when it had taken over a year to clear just 60k earlier Clinton emails.

Think something smells fishy? Just wait...

    Dfz-rmhWkAEJDBT.jpg

The source for this story of technological wizardry could well be Peter Strzok himself, the very same man who wanted to "stop" Trump from being elected. He testified to the OIG and said - without detail - that the OTD was able "to do some amazing things" to speed up the process. At no point is the technology explained, and at no point is it explained why this "amazing" technology was only employed for this batch of Clinton emails and not the other searches (which took over a year to complete).

    Dfz-siWX4AEpROa.jpg

And now we reach the most important part... Ready?

According to the FBI and OIG, the FBI's own documentary evidence says because "metadata was largely absent, THE EMAILS COULD NOT BE COMPLETELY, AUTOMATICALLY DE-DUPLICATED." This contradicts everything Comey and Strzok said prior.

    Dfz-tUIX0AEHeeA.jpg

There is no explanation for this discrepancy in the entire report. None. Strzok and Comey said "amazing things" de-duplicated the emails but the FBI's own evidence says the emails could not be de-duplicated.

Think this might be a point that's followed up on come Monday when Horowitz testifies before Congress? It better be.

How did hundreds of thousands of emails get distilled down to 3,077? Did anyone read any of the emails inside the FBI at all? There's ZERO reference to that having occurred in the entire OIG report, nor in any of the hours of testimony, congressional letters, or interviews on the subject over the past two years...

Why would McCabe, Comey, Strzok and others within the leadership of the FBI hide the laptop initially and then lie about magically clearing it without reading the emails contained therein?

My money is that it has to do with this:

    DfsqUG3VQAA4FVf.jpg

DR, I have noticed reading through a lot of the threads (Deep State, Illegal Immigration, QAnon) that a common theme that always shows up is human trafficking or the child sex trade.  At the bottom of your post, there is a circle around Hillary Clinton & Foundation, and Crime Against Children.  I look at that and assume Crime Against Children are in relation to Anthony Weiner, since he had a thing for sending lewd things to underage girls.  Are you hinting that the Crime Against Children is really tied to the Clinton Foundation?  Is this another Pizzagate type situation?

  16. I work with Carl. The firing has been quite the story at work. I would just say I don't think he should have gotten fired but it makes me chuckle that he did. I have heard a few times at work that karma is a B word. He can be a real pain to work with as he is very hard headed and can try to intimidate people.

In his defense though, he had a few studs on his team. One played in the All-American game in San Antonio that was aired on NBC recently. I'm sure it stroked his ego that he was getting calls from top college programs and coaches about some of his players. His son was on the team so that is why there was a post game party at his house. I don't know what else he could have done to prevent kids from bringing alcohol to his house. Maybe he should have had some TSA agents search the kids.

High school football is big in the Tidewater area so this is a big story. Especially when you throw in the undefeated and State Championship angle. I'm sure there is more to the firing than both sides are saying but Carl's Real Man line was classic.

  17. Good ol' Gov. Vaginal Probe wants to spend more tax payer money for a stadium. As a resident of Virginia, there are plenty of things that tax payer money should go to before a stadium namely roads and another bridge-tunnel crossing for Hampton Roads. Maybe Gov. Vaginal Probe can get one of his cronies that paid for his daughter's wedding to foot the bill instead of working Virginians. Enough with the sports franchise owners holding communites hostage for new arenas and stadiums. The NFL is a billion dollar industry. The Redskins are one of the most profitable franchises. Let Snyder pay for his stadium and not some bogus private-public financing. I think Virginia has already given the Redskins enough in public funds with luring them to Richmond for their training camp.
