Honestly it is somewhat out of context but what he is basically saying is that Trump violated Section 3 of the 14th amendment. He is also saying that Trump doesn't believe in Democracy as evidenced by these tweets in 2012 when Romney lost or the fact that he has never committed to accepting the results of elections in 2016, 2020 or 2024, coupled with his trying to overturn the 2020 election. He is a threat to Democracy and the threat is even greater now that more of the Republican party has embraced election denialism.

He has been indicted by Grand Juries in multiple jurisdictions as have his fake electors. Your dodge is weak.

Where is the proof? Why couldn't they win even 1 of the 8 cases challenging the 2020 election in GA? The only case proving anything is the ongoing RICO case. There are some guilty pleas there.
