    Though I'm not crazy about how he left, I still want what's best for this team and me not wanting to sign him stems from the notion that he won't necassarily upgrade our WR position. It's the extracuricular crap coupled with his playing demise that I wish not to sign him. If I felt he could really contribute, I could look past the extra BS.

    Granted, CW is far from perfect, but your premise that EM should play on this team because he wants to is no reason to sign him. He's well past his prime and bringing him back just might be a setback mentally for others on board moving forward. Lets move on and give it to someone more deserving. We owe him nothing.

    I don't think the Browns take AP. This is a smokescreen. Their RB of the future comes from the top of round #2. Brady Quinn is their guy, IMO.

    I know the numbers are there, but he doesn't supply that "Zach Thomas" type of impact. He doesn't disrupt plays before they get going.

    You'd win that suckers bet. But, I'd bet AT has a better YPC average than WM. BTW, shouldn't this self-proclaimed "best RB" run circles around AT? I'm going to let you in on a little something.....WM is not that good.

    When did the Pats EVER look "frighteningly" good? They aren't/weren't about beating you with supreme talent, they beat you with strategy and good game planning. Don't get me wrong, they're not devoid of talent, but nobody gets the most out of their players than they do. They are put in position to win. That's coaching.

    Given the carries, yes, I think A-Train would easily get 990 yds. But that's no big deal, I would expect that from just about any RB provided they get the carries. I suspect we will not need to lean so heavily on him, however. I believe more help is on the way. Younger, fresher help that may well exceed the sub-1000 yd sum.

    1) He'll never see all that money 2) Who cares if he's with his thug friends? 3) The Ravens will not come close 13-3 next year. They're getting too old in key areas. 4) This is what WM wanted?
