Says who you are you the expert n the field its easier to get personnel for the 3-4 than it is for the 4-3 or tampa 2 or cover 2 or 46 -

quote name='Tcali' date='Dec 19 2008, 01:00 AM' post='1260650'] horrible choices...please tell me you are kidding [ Horrible coices- he won the superbowl with trend dilfer please. He know how to build a defense and has had a very succesful run with the ravens. Horrible WHAT are you smoking? -
Chicago put him in a position to succed and how did dick Jauron do with that situation 4-12 or 5-11 either way he went from 13-3 do bottom of the barrell he is a liability at the coaching position PERIOD!!!
-
What really gives you the idea he can be succesful and how are you measuring that success. A 5-1 start? 5-0 agins teams with a .300 % winning ratio and 1 lost agianst a playoff team. Then we advance to now and hes 1-7 with 1 win coming against a losing team and 2 of the 7 losses agaisnt losing teams and 5-7 against playoff teams or teams in the playoff race. The most important thing here is that we are 0-5 in the division well on our way to being 0-6 How does that strike you as beeing succesful and our whole division is 9-5 all have winning records do you not see the pattern here. DICK CANNOT BEAT WINNING TEAMS PERIOD HE IS A LIABILITY TO THIS TEAM AS LONG AS HE IS THE HEAD COACH!!!!!!!!!!!!

With the #12 Pick of the 2009 draft the Bills select...

You Know what I didnt want to resign Kelsay I was glad he was going but just the mere fact that we resigned him hurt us tremondously because schoebel is better than Kelsay so therefore Schoebel need an extension to increase his salary But I was soo looking forward to him being a free agent next year because he isnt as good as everyone makes him out to be. HE IS A HARWORKING DE and never gives up definatley a High moor guy but this team constantly overpays for declining or no talent players on this team. -

Osrry but the bills ranked 27 with 22 sacks and 26th with only 9 interceptions. NO pressure to the qbs leading to Ints Maybe incomplete passes but you would have to go throgh each individual game to see if the Dl was the cause of that. Sorry to bust up your theory -

Iwas talking to my Buddy a PAtriots guy since I live in NE and we actaully discussed in length that the Bills are going through what the Patriots went through pre-Parcells era. Before Parcells went to NE there want a single STARTING CALIBER FREE AGENT who was willing to go there. Then parcells went there brought some of his players to help him out that year and a change in uniforms and attidudes and you see the Patriots you have today Free agents willing to take paycuts to Play for the chance at a championship. YES I believe we have lost the ability to SIGN premier/eliete Free agents because of how we treat players of high salaries and our lack of consistnecy at QB hate to say it you might not like it But BLEDSOE was a Free agent draw now we have noone on this team that can attract players to play we were so desperate to get OL help we overpaid the players to ensure we could have someone instead of noone. You think stroud would be here if we didnt trade for him and How about the last fiasco trade whre the player didnt want to be here and we had to trade him for less then what we trade to get him. -

Yeah but they are always going to find something to B word amd moan about anyway. What if we drafted another player and they dont pan out and Mack goes on to multiple pro-bowls then we would be bitchin about that as well. Mack is the only one O would draft at center if it makes everyone feel better to trade down in hopes he is still there so be it. But looking at the availble talent available to us I see no difference between the # 10 spot ( highest we will be) and # 23 they all have the same value so I say get the guy you need. Teams have drafte TE's in the first round when the experts found it appaling that they would opick them up in the 1st when the 3rd round was the best round to pick them and Kickers should never be drafted higher than the 4th round. My point is you get the player you need that has the best potential and MY personal pick is MACK at center I beleive in this pick. -
Just for HA HA's Lets go Back to the 2006 Draft
Poeticlaw replied to Poeticlaw's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This was not about the 2006 season its about the 2006 draft that takes place in April 2006 not the season that takes place in September 2006. They Knew at the end of 2005 he wasnt the answer. -
Players hate practice why do you need a link to prove do you not watch espn or read newspapers, magazines or pre-postgames where retired players said how much the hated practice but nothing compares to the game play of Sunday.

I am not tying to get in a JP debate...I will be the first to say I kept hoping he would come upt and silece the nay sayers. What I have seen is differnet than what the biased eyes have seen. I will not defend or throw him under the bus the one thing I will say about him is given the "right" opprotunity on another team and this board will have different opinions of him. Then again everytime I hope for him to do something extrodinary he lets me down so maybe not.

Trade up trade down what does it matter with this team we trade up we get busts we trade down we get busts. Who cares what the ranking is the question is will he be availble in the 2nd rd no that makes him a first round pick. If hes there we need to pick him because hes the player the team needs the most...IMHO -
In other words Trent is a stationary guy and I dont have to worry about blocking around the field becuase the QB is scrambling in the back field or chsing around the fumbles becuase it really gets me out of breath and I am only good for blocking for 30 seconds most in a 0-2 yard range.

In my opinion Center is and always has been the weakest link to the offensive Line. I say we draft a Center with the first round pick only if its ALEX MACK they say he has probowl potential written all over him and hes smart and a leader and hes a pure center not a converted Ol to be center. I know some are thinking DE pass rusher but unless the bills are willing to eat the salaries of Schoebel and Kelsay I dont foresee that happening. So lets start the who do we draft first thread: With the #12 Pick of the 2009 draft tyhe Bills select: Center Alex Mack

DID you ever watch him in windy weather, snow, rain hed doesnt play that well. If he was to be a future hall of fame guy its going to be for a dome team or a warm weather team it WILL NOT BE FOR THE BILLS. This is also contignet on his ability to play 16 games a season which he looke like a 9-10 game guy the way he keeps getting hurt. You are to enomoured over the 5-1 that you dont see how bad he really his, 70 % of his passes go to the RB in the backfield. He barely throws to the 10 yard line and hardly ever can throw the deep ball. I dont understand your thought process but you are entitled to it I am just saying that the bills are still in need of a starting QB we dont have one yet.

AHH but JP was a projected 2nd rounder just like Mcargo and WE mad them first round picks. CUTLER WAS a first round top 20 pick! -
Trent is no better than Jp is better than Trent to me they have both showed nothing more than a career back up in this leaugue.
-
We all know hindsight is 20/20 but if we really took the 2005 season and said now way JP is a starting QB and knew the JOb wa open for Competition in 2006. Would you have taken Jay Cutler (11th pick) with the 8th pick instead of Whitner or would you have stayed the course???? ME I would have taking Cutler then we wouldnt be looking for a QB anymore

I was an avid Direct TV user NFL sunday ticket subscriber. SInce I live in NE Buffalo games are hard to come by especially when they are not the juggernauts they use to be. After the fiasco against PITT in the final game of the season where a win will get us in against third stringers I gave it up. Best money saved if you ask me. Now i watch them on the internet all nice and fuzzy just like their play but now I got the NFL rewind SO i can clearly see the bone head plays. Until they can show me the abilty to be consistent I will not pay that much money to watch a piss poor product.

HE DID NOT EARN THE JOB THEY HAD NOT OTHER OPTION
