Okay - so no "Official" book available online, whats your take on the debate above?

I'm looking for the Official NFL Rule Book online and not the goofy Rules 101 that they have listed. I am trying to settle an argument with a co-worker about QB Substitutions. The debate is if your Starting QB goes down during the game - can you just go ahead and send in the 3rd stringer? Or do you have to work your way thru the 2nd Stringer? Even though I would trust some of the knowledge here, I doubt that the co-woprker would, hence the rule book is needed. TIA

Well - Since this is the first time I thought about this league since it ended - I think I'll roll my $50 winnings into this years sign up fees. Living just outside of Washington DC - I would give anything to move back to Buffalo. There are tons of things to do here in DC and alot of money to be made - but nothing feels like home except Buffalo. I left in '88 and have lived in California, Connecticut, Mayland, and Virginia - it just isn't the same feel. Just announced on CBS Pre-game - I can't remember the hormones initials exactly - thought it was HCG - but they definately said the pregnancy hormone because they were making jokes about it...

They had this STUPID skit in the beginning of the show appologizing to the Buffalo fans - some HBO big wig with a speach writen - but then anything to do with Buffalo was "dubbed" in. It was annoying. No f'ing Bills highlights at all - no picks either - we were not the only teams left out - i didn't see anything about Washington-Chicago game either. Stupid Marino said he called Jim Kelly and talked to him about his comments - Marino then mentioned that Jim is so popular there in Buffalo that he is like the "Governor" of Buffalo. Everyone started making fun of his dumb ass because obviously he really meant "Mayor" but he is too stupid to realize that Gov is a state position not a city. I sent INFL an email complaining about the coverage or lack thereof. They also had this stupid skit about Ricky Williams - I told them to stick to football and leave the damn comedy to the HBO comedy series - maybe then they would have time to cover all the f'ing games!!!
