I know Kansas city does this a lot with Chris jones .
I don't know if Oliver has the length to play outside end on passing downs like a Donald or Chris jones does though
length?

Looks like the snow will die down around noon? What is the current wind forecast for the game hours? Hoping footing and wind won’t be huge difference makers.
light winds 10mph

I never understood ‘house money’…at some point the Steelers have to rise above pretty good fringe playoff team or they are going to have to make changes
idk what it is about Tomlin but this ‘his team is bad and he has them overachieving’ shtick has worn off on me the last few years. A guy that has coached a team for 20 nearly years should be shooting for more than just ‘happy to be there’
house money, nothing to lose.....just dumb cliches

Watching Green Bay and Houston Texans - both underdogs in their games, come out loose with nothing to lose and stomping the favored teams makes me nervous about the Bills game.
why do you say they have nothing to lose? They have a playoff game to lose.

Guess I never really thought we'd still be quoting Animal House. How old is that movie?
I quote funny movies regardless of how old they are....I grew up with this, Caddyshack, Arthur, Stripes.....

Regardless of it being less time after the storm, I believe it is safer having people get there and be there during the day, and on the way home before we are in full evening swing.
And yes, we’ve seen them before, but whatever offers the safest contritions for attendance and play while also giving us the lost rest possible before the next game is the target.
look at you being the adult. 😀

Do you think at a certain point the nfl says to the bills you have to play in another stadium since weather isn’t improving?
tomorrow will be better...colder but less wind and snow....as far as I know

2 less days of rest against a team who proved last night weather does not bother them and has had great success against the bills in the playoffs. This just keeps sounding better by the minute
why not just look forward to the game tomorrow and whine about stuff later?

Sorry if already covered, but with the postponement, the Bills went from a 9-pt favorite to a 10-pt favorite, and the total went from 33 to 37.5 (crossing the key number of 37). It's probably true that the Bills have a better chance of beating the Steelers playing it Monday but given that we were big favorites either way, I'd have liked that extra day of rest to prep the Chiefs.
we've played the Chiefs enough to know them....Unless we have have injuries tomorrow I don't think that day will make too much of a difference.

why is it called thundersnow? Is it called thunder rain in the summer? It's just thunder

I would have waited to make a decision. They are still not very good at predicting lake effects. If it turns out ok Sunday it will be an embarrassment.
still going to be very windy which would ruin the game

From all reports it would have been downright dangerous to play on the Sunday.
I am not a fan of her politics in general but Hochul is to be commended for her foresight in speaking with Roger Goodell and making the right recommendation here. Lives could have been lost otherwise.
I think more so the fans driving to and from and parking

It sounds like the real snow is supposed to start happening early this evening.
At least the Steelers will be here so the game can be played one way or another.
The amount of snow forecast, 1-2 ft., isn't unmanageable although it'll make parking a PITA and who knows what they'll do with it inside the stadium. Last season's Miami game had unremoved snow, but not that much of it. I thought that was about the limit.
Not sure how much turnout they're going to get for $20/hour to shovel in those horrific conditions in sub-zero windchills, at night too. If I were younger I might do it for $20/hr, a place to sleep, free food, and club level tix.
Anyone know if there are any live cams near the stadium?
You'd think they'd have one, they're not expensive.

I gotta admit, the Steelers have a better shot because the weather but still be shocked if Buf lost but this weather takes away our biggest advantage in a sense, our QB play, to a certain extent. But we still have a defensive advantage, home field, overall better team.
In perfect conditions I got Bills by double digits.
In these conditions I have Bills by 3-7 points
Great points
STs will also be huge imo in a game like this
you might not see a lot of STs outside of kickoffs. FGs and XPs will be difficult along with punts.

There’s the idea. Folks at OBD read this page. The forecast is nuts and, if those winds and that snow come to pass, it’s a public safety issue. So there’s the plan. CBS gets a holiday game on Monday, we get some reasonable weather, nobody’s at risk of dying in a snowbank, and there we go.
It's the NFL that would make the call. Not OBD
