So in short - Pegula bought the bills for 1.4B. They are now worth 3.7B (per Forbes). He sells 25% for $1B. So basically he will own 75% of the bills for $400M. Not shabby!
and not have to pay for the new stadium
-
Likes others have said, this, PSLs and tax money will pay for the stadium and Pegula pays nothing.

seeing as they forgot a roof.....
the entire stadium should have heated seats....then maybe folks would actually use them......have i mentioned i can't stand up for 3 straight hours anymore
standing for the entire game is one of the dumbest developments in recent years.

Wasn't attendance for that game poor because of the weather? It ended up being okay for the game, but people didn't buy tickets prior because it was in the middle of a blizzard. I could be mis-remembering though
attendance was 75,141...The perception on bad attendance was because it wasn't sold out in time to lift the blackout......and yes I was there and stayed till the end...everyone in my row left so I figured if the run was over I would stay and watch. I had nothing else to do that day.

This is great advice. As horrible as it is to get sodomized by the urologist, it can save your life.
On my last visit I asked the urologist if we were dating.

Okay so I have some updates. The $50k Founders Seats are sold out. The East Club goes end zone to end zone. They have only released the sections between the 20’s so far. They’re selling fast. Still the $20k per seat there. I’m hoping that as you get closer to the end zone those PSLs drop so we did not commit yet. If they keep it there we will have a decision to make but I suspect that those will be lower in price which is why they didn’t get release them. That’s what we are banking on anyways. Apparently we keep our place in line when that happens.
The lower level clubs looked pretty cool but you can’t see the field from the club. You watch the teams though as they go out. They aren’t covered or heated but include food and Pepsi products ($15k PSL here). 64% of the stadium will be covered.
thanks for info. Why have a club located where you can't see the field?

With players transferring every year and teams being unrecognizable every season, I no longer follow college basketball like I used to. But March Madness was once must watch TV in my life.
