  1. I think it's a possibility. Maybe it won't happen today, but the deal is going to have to be player for player at this point. Mr. Larry is a good source.
  2. All he was talking about was that he didn't want to look bad and by seeing others mistakes he thinks he understands what not to do in certain situations because of it.
  3. I still live in the midwest, but I got 29 percent Yankee. I don't think it's right since every answer I gave was favored by northern states.
  4. I didn't see anything about a uniform change on their site.
  5. I am very happy to see a pope of German herritage. May the reign of Benedict XVI last a long time.
  6. Ah I figured it as being a motorcycle. Usually people do endos on those sports bikes. I saw a video of a guy doing one that crashed into the back of another rider. It was terrible.
  7. Try some ice. It's probably sprained. I gotta ask you, why do people insist on doing stuff like that on their motorcycles? It screws with the brakes and you can get hurt bad.
  8. The first couple rounds are pretty good. I think there are plenty of players to be had that could be very good NFL players. If TD doesn't think he can get Nate to come back in '06 then I say let's trade for that 9th pick.
  9. Well your argument was fine until you said that Ron Artest "sucks" as a player. I guess averaging over 20 a game and being a top notch defender means you suck these days. As far as character he does suck.
  10. I love it, that article mentions that you can't order Falcons jerseys with "Mexico" on the back with Vicks number That's great.
  11. The one thing that the "don't trade Clements" crowd is overlooking is the fact that he is going to demand like 9 million per or whatever Winfield and others have gotten. We CANNOT afford that. We have a good secondary even if you take him out of it. I think we could trade away that 9th pick and pick up 2 extra picks plus whatever we get for Henry. If we have like 6 picks in rounds 1-3 there is a good chance we hit on 1, 2, or 3 of them. This team isn't far away and if we can nail down a few top flight players in the draft we are a legit contender even without Clements. I like Nate, but I think you have to look at being cost effective, and paying him that kind of money next year is not that.
  12. Ty Warren has still worked out better for them than Bledsoe did for us (on the field). On the field Bledsoe was disaster.
  13. Well I apologize if I upset you with my wisecracks, but the set up was just so perfect I couldn't resist. An honest answer is this. Tickets aren't on sale yet and when they do become available I'm sure someone could help you out.
  14. The Dean was on injured reserve.
  15. I didn't look it up because I could have SWORN that Seymour was their pick in that draft. My bad. Calm down killer.
  16. SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.............you are taking away my business here.
  17. I have agreed with your point in this post many times, however I am talking from strictly an on field angle here. On the field he was horrible for all but about 1/3 of the time he played here. Meanwhile New England was able to use our pick to grab Richard Seymour I believe who is quite the defensive tackle.
  18. Ironically it took me a shorter ammount of time to turn on Bledsoe than it did RJ. I think the reason for it taking so long on RJ is that he was always hurt.
  19. Price gouging prick!!!! I'll send you two for 1,500 each. I'm not trying to make anything here, just make sure I get my money back.
  20. HAHAHA I love that. Listing the 1st and 4th rounders for Johnson seperately. I would have to agree, even a 4th was too much for that loser.
  21. That's a good one. I forgot all about that gem.
  22. I don't think we can count that one, we just swapped a few draft slots there, anyone we could have taken could have been a bust.
  23. I'm not really talking about ticket sales in this regard. I'm talking about as an overall whole with the main emphasis on the on field results of the trade. The Johnson trade set us back a few years and the Bledsoe trade turned out to be a disaster. The Pats got a great young player with our pick and we got a has been QB who played well for 8 games out of 48. As for the Hobert trade, I don't even remember what we gave up for him.
  24. Ironic that you would mention that game as the best. That was my worst. We left in plenty of time to make it there and tailgate but as we arrived in Indy we took the wrong section of 465 and ended up missing the entire first quarter (and Thurman being knocked out for most of the year). They beat us 31-14. I didn't have one thing to cheer about the whole day. On the way back my friend lost his gas cap when he left it on his roof while getting gas. It was a nightmare.
