  1. I'm not dying. I feel alot better today. I gargled saltwater all day yesterday. I drank 4 of the big gatorades and hit the meds. I get all the tests back on Monday but I feel substantially better. Whatever it is, I am still running a temp of about 100. You guys are so FUGGIN cool. I appreciate all of the responses and remedies. If it was just strep then I'm sorry for being such a puss, I've just never lost weight like that and I was really worried. Sincerely, thank you. I'll tell you Monday what's the deal. 6 days no bong hits. t-r
  2. Sunday I was at a barbeque is Springville and I was playing horseshoes. I got bitten ten times all over my legs. I never occured to me to tie the two together. I'm freakin out dude.
  3. You just totally freaked me out with that post. Everything you mentioned is spot on to my symptoms.
  4. I used to be very sexually active as I was a musician. I was always careful with protection, but I'm a worry wart. You read stories about wrestlers getting Herpes from their wrestling mats and it makes you nervous.
  5. I've been doing this every 15 minutes.
  6. Yes he cultured my throat. Blood Tests. I do get tested for HIV and STD's every 3 months in case anyone was thinking the worst. I was last examined 3 weeks ago and have not changed partners or found new ones. He gave me amoxocylin (sp?) and a pain killer that supposed to make me feel ok, propoxy. They know about the weight loss and he said that was probabily because I wasn't eating. My appetite is there, I just refuse to eat due to the amount of pain it causes. I've actually went as far as to carry a paper cup around to spit in rather than swallow my own saliva. I haven't had a bong hit in like 5 days. T_R
  7. I've been to the doctors. I have taken your advice on fluids as I have forced myself to drink and eat today. I still feel really light headed and my hands are shaky, but there is nothing else I can do. The doctor told me that he thought it was just strep, but couldn't understand why I lost weight that fast. I have been to the hospital today already, I went around 10:00 this morning. I'm not the type to sit at the hospital unless my arm falls off. I'm really not being a tough guy this time though, I'll admit I was in tears last night trying to eat pudding. My girlfriend is a saint. She called her parents then my parents then all of our friends to get home remedies. Spent an hour and 100 bucks at Wegmans getting all of them and bringing them to me. That meant alot to me. I can't understand why I'm cold but sweating. Any one know what that's all about? Thanks for the prayers, I'm really hoping it's just strep.
  8. Trying to stay positive, I'll admit losing nearly 20 lbs didn't hurt. Now if someone can get the razor blade out of my throat so I can fuggin eat something. 4 days no food and extremely wobbly on my feet. I tried Pudding and Jello, no luck, it still hurt to swallow. Any suggestions?
  9. Howdy folks. I can't really say for sure what is going on with me but I am pretty fuggin sick. I went and spent tuesday and wed at the hospital where they did like a million and 5 tests on me. I haven't been able to swallow in nearly a week. I feel really disoriented. My skin is very pale. I'm freezing cold but I'm sweating in buckets. I seriously lost 18 lbs since sunday. Pray for me because I am very afraid something is REALLY wrong. t-r
  10. WHOA!!!! Sterling Sharpe was THE BEST reciever in the NFL until he was injured. Ok, maybe he was 2nd to Jerry Rice but he was atleast as good as Andre. In my opinion, better, and I'm a HUGE Andre Fan.
  11. There is a great song by Stephen Lynch, "that's why mommy left us". May not be what you are looking for but it's sure to put a huge smile on your face.
  12. It's a contract year for Nate Clements and no one thinks he's going to hit 6 int's this year? I'm going out on a limb. 9 interceptions to lead the NFL. Can you say... "PAYDAY!"
  13. J.P Losman: over/under 15 td's over/under 15 int's Willis Mcgahee: over/under 1,500 yards over/under 12 touchdowns Nate Clements: over/under 6 interceptions Aaron Schobel: over/under 10 sacks Buffalo Bills: over/under 8 wins. With in a week untill football season starts. Figured it would be fun to play a round of over under. Please feel free to post your over/under lines.
  14. Not to toot your horn or anything but that is a great post. Great evaluation of the the two groups. Seriously, very informative. Thanks
  15. Went tonight to go see it. From beginning to end that movie was really funny. I'd recommend it to anyone. That is a priceless line.
  16. Donahoe is the freakin man. He puts his offer out there, tells the player it's the organizations best offer and let's the player decide. I can just see how the whole Jonas Jennings thing went. August 3, 2004. Tom Donahoe: Listen Jonas we are interested in resigning you. Here is our offer. 7 Years, 24 million dollars. Jonas Jennings: I'll get back to you. January 3rd, 2004 Jonas Jennings: I want 7 years 35 million. Tom Danahoe. *door slams* t-r
  17. We should of.. We could of... Why didn't we..... FUGGIN WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He didn't want to be here and the rest of the league wasn't exactly beating the door down to get him. We got a 3rd. Could it of been different in another year? Sure. However, this is the deal. Let's push things forward rather than dwelling. The player that replaced him is better. Maybe that 3rd will yield us a player, maybe not. It will however be of much more value than a disgruntled, back up locker room cancer. Now, let's see what Verba will settle for. Or if we can get N. Clements resigned. Just let go of Travis Henry and all of the drama that he has been this offseason. It's over.
  18. Aside from this being a silly argument from the point that we needed to trade Travis Henry regardless of for who or what, you post isn't exactly accurate. Taking the Bills for example, during the stretch you posted. Their picks were as follows: 1999: Shaun Bryson 2000: Corey Moore 2001: Ron Edwards/Jonas Jennings 2002: Coy Wire. Bryson contributed for his duration in Buffalo. Was outclassed by Henry when he got here and lost his job, but none the less he was a good pick up in the third round. Corey Moore. failed in the NFL Ron Edwards is a guy most people on this board expect to be a HUGE contributor to this team this year. Possibily a starter. Jonas Jennings just signed a HUGE deal out in SF. Started and earned league wide recognition for his ability. Coy Wire. Solid ST's guy who is a work in progres at safety. All in all you have serviceable player in the 3rd round for 4 of five players. You expect a player to be solid and to contribute in the third round. To say that all 3rd rounders miss in inaccurate. It just depends on your expectations.
  19. In a market that Shaun Alexander can't get you a 2nd, I'm pretty happy about the pick. Henry is a good back and he may have a productive career elsewhere, but the Bills have a stud at rb. The percentage of 3rd rounders that become starters is a good question. However, I know we had solid contributors that were udfa so what's to say a third rounder won't start? Granted in a weak rb market he may have gotten more return, but that's the way the cookie crumbles. Let's just move forward.
  20. Extra bases: Steve Trachsel, who is rehabbing after back surgery, will throw a two-inning simulated game in Port St. Lucie today. ... Braves catcher Johnny Estrada was suspended three games for bumping umpire Doug Eddings on June 30. Estrada appealed the suspension. ... A young fan wearing a Yankees T-shirt and cap asked David Wright for an autograph during batting practice. "Not for a Yankee fan," Wright said before ducking into the dugout. The boy then began to cry. Alerted by ushers, Wright returned and gave the turncoat kid a bat and an autographed ball. ... Roberto Hernandez allowed his first run since May 25. ... Mike Cameron is hitting .235 over his last 20 games, dropping his batting average from .320 to .267. http://www.thejournalnews.com/apps/pbcs.dl.../507160334/1108 I'm a Mets fan and I hate the Yankees. Pretty funny stuff.
  21. I think that even if the trade was marginally better for the bills via Jax he still would have went with the Titans. There is no way to tell if i'm right or wrong, I just think TD is a smart gm. Trading to a team that stands in your way of a playoff birth doesn't make any sense. I agree to disagree
  22. A month ago yes, but then the circumstances would have been different. For starters, he would have gotten the deal he supposedly was asking for from the beginning. When it came down to two teams, one of which was a huge contender last year for the wildcard, I think the choice was pretty obvious. My point is that when it was coming down the stretch between jax and ten Donahoe would have had to been blown away by a deal to send him to jax.
