  1. The hats were done as a test by Guffalo, so if they are made, he should get first option to be the person to get er done.

The test run seemed to go over OK with the design I had, nothing fancy, just

    TBD

    The Stadium Wall

I did them in 3 different colors Black, Gray and Green, "TBD" was done in red, "The Stadium Wall" was done in blue. I preferred the black hat, although I I ended up with the green one. Pricing was high, but only because I did 12, if I did a larger order the price would go down considerably.

  2. Duey, I need some help here. Those names sound familiar but for some reason I just cannot picture those places. Also, trying to remeber the name of a place , I think it was the Park Lane, had two blues for a dollar fitty if i remeber. Anybody else remeber this place.

Park Meadow, PM, Thursday nights, 2 blues oir 50's for a buck....loved that little dump

  3. Talked mainly about the four Superbowls he was in.

About the not having the ball for over an hour in the first one.

Thinks that there'll be a turning point play like Thurman's fumble in this Superbowl.

Thinks the Pats will win and thinks Brady moves to Montana level with the win.

And Russo didnt have the nuggets required to confront him about Kelly's bogus HOF credentials? What a chicken shiite, Next week he will be going on and on about how Kelly wasnt half the man Simms was, and only a SB winning MVP deserves the HOF, yet in the same breath bends over for Fouts and his accomplishments, even though Fouts never even went to one (as a player), much less 4 in a row.

  4. He's going to be on Mike and the Mad Dog show today (WFAN NYC). These two knuckleheads haven't been shy about their feelings of Kelly not deserving to be in the HOF. I think Kelly once confronted Mad Dog on it. Should be interesting.

What time is that starting? I hate Russo, He is such an obnoxious jerk, combined with Francesca's condescending demeanor I have sworn off that show. Although I would love to hear Jimbo go one on one with Russo over his HOF worthiness.

  5. Thought this book was god awful. Certainly needed a better editor. If you really are buying this book to read about Marvs time with the Bills, I would say less than 30% of the book deals with that. Mistakes on scores I remeber in my head and plays I remeber in head.

Not that I am a literary critic, but I thought his style was folksy and down to earth, his recollections were delivered in such a way as if you were sitting down and chatting with an old friend.

I wasn't expecting a Buffalo Bills only book, nor should he have written a Bills only book, it was his life story, focusing on his career in coaching.

He admits up front that he took literary license in writing the story. Perhaps there were some innacuracies (he identified Quinn Early as having been from San Diego) but I found it to be a good read.

Surprising was the venom that he had for his GM in Kansas City, It seemed to be his lowest point in coaching as he wanted to stay and continue to build the team.
