He is not a great linemen...but he has been our best the past two years...

I dont think so.....I think Turk is calling plays to go downfield but.... Edwards has not been the same ever since the concussion....That confident guy is no longer there....once he gets knocked he just seems lost.... gets happy feet, locks lnto his recievers, quickly goes to his check down, not confidently throwing the ball.... The 3rd and 1 play....he just locked onto Lynch...didnt even look to anybody else...then he proceeded to make a god awful throw....if he gets it to Lynch...its an easy first down...but to not even look at his primary in that big a spot is a huge problem..... On the INT over Evans head....Evans was wide open up the seam...if he hits him on stride....were talking a possible TD(like the TD in the Texans game a couple years back....)....Edwards didnt even step into his throw...threw it all arm...and thats why it came out flat and sailed on him.... On the 2nd INT...he got goated by the CB....but once again he didnt step into his throw...got nothing on it...and made it easy for Delta to jump it...... Turk needs to take the pressure of his young QB....more 3 step drops needs to implemented.... and for christ sake....when you open up the game with a 7 yard run....keep it on the ground, until the stone us.....

I think the blame for the lack of running...can be shared by everyone....Marshawn, the line, the playcalling, and Trent Edwards..... now I dont know if Edwards has the ability to audible on every play....but there was two consecutive plays in this game that was mindboggling that he didnt change the play at the line of scrimmage....even the accouncers commented on it.... 1st and 10...we spread it out....there in a two deep zone package...with the nickel in....instead of running...we pass... inc pass 2nd and 10 the nickel comes off....they stack the box...with a single deep safety....7 in the box....we run... but then you see the audible on the goaline from the 4 yard line...to a run off tackle...??? So really i have no idea whats going on...

I've said it before....but every week we go along...we see Jackson/Lynch in the same package less and less.... and its driving me crazy right now

He has definately gotten away from that...I think last season he was critized for not letting the hole develop...so this season he has been more patient and it has cost him....THis OLINE cant get a push and they cant get off blocks either.... whens the last time youve seen our OLine get loose and get a helmet on a LB consistently??? The Pats OL owned POZ off the LOS all day today.... The Bills OL doesnt do that at all....

Yep ignoring facts maybe all these team should swap there starters also.... Marion Barber 3.8ypc...Felix Jones 8.9ypc Jamal Lewis 3.6ypc...Jerome Harrison 7.5ypc LaDainian Tomlinson 3.8ypc...Darren Sproles 5.1ypc Ryan Grant 3.5ypc...Brandon Jackson 5.1ypc etc etc All these guys have gotten off to average to below average starts....and there backups have out performed them by far....time for a change ... right??? or maybe just maybe..there is a reason a back-up might come in here n' there and gash a defense.... Look Marshawn has gotten off to a below average start...there is know denying that... but...... Lets take a look at our line.... Our "Pro Bowl" LT held out all preseason and has yet to regain his "Pro Bowl" playing form.... Our below average Center is now our #2 Center and our old #2 Center is now our below average starting center.... Our RG, who was a average RG at best is now hurt...bringing in a below average back-up in Whittle who is now hurt....now were probably going to start a young potentially good Tackle at RG.... The line has been a major problem.... Dont ya think??

Only on this board will you find guys go after Lynch.... The man accounted for 50 yards on his own in that 1st quarter.... but he is a bust

I dont know if you know this...but sometimes backs get off to slow starts in the ground game??? It happens

I've said this before.... You have to...HAVE TO attempt a couple deep passes per game....make the defense respect it....If you dont your gonna be facing 8 man fronts every week....

Bug Edwards was piss poor today..... You dont have to be a JP lover or Hater to admit that....

1st quarter: Lynch had 5 for 2 yards(while accumlating 47 yards in the pass game)....not good Jones had 3 for 1 yards....not good YEP sir your right...Jones did real well in that first quarter... Did you pay attention to the 3rd and 1 play that Lynch was hit a couple yards in the backfield...still managed to get himself the first??

Dude once again this is another game were you cant defend that point....You just say he is but dont come up with any plays to backup your point.... Come up with the plays were he got beat on....and maybe we can have a discussion here The only one i remember off hand was the Coles catch on 3rd down...were Whitner was the nickel in what looked like a zone base....Coles came across the middle...Farve hit him as he came across the middle of the field.....Whitner shortly after came in on the tackle....

today?? are you serious....?? Jackson was the feature back when we were in this game...and he wasnt able to get it done..... But I'm not dumb enough to blame him...This LINE just isnt very good in the run game

Your not to smart.... Jones was able to get under himself cuz the Jets had a lead, which gave them the chance to establish the run.... by the time Lynch came back...we were down by two scores...we didnt run, it was all about the pass at that point

The ball needs to be thrown to the back of the endzone..... That play was on Edwards.... not Hardy

Lynch accounted for about 25% of the offense today, while missing two whole quarters...... yep Bustmode for sure
