Remember kids - you can only be considered a Bills fan if you think the head coach is great.
At what point in time will you actually drop the "I know better than you all" schtick?

Felt Brady got away from run game for some reason. Chiefs got pass rush going .. enough of the wasted sideways bubble crap screens.
We needed ONE single run in order to get the clock to 2 min warning and we passed 3x. I agree with this statement.

I didn't need to read once I saw this was by Dunne, who I don't rate at all. He's been making a living on the periphery of the team working with ex-employees for years. I don't like McDermott that much, but I support Dunne way less.

I don't care about this "accountability to the fans" nonsense. I do think he needs to own his mistakes in public because the team obviously sees this and it's likely to create resentment.

So Father Time needs to be fired..... Tough sell as Father Time us undefeated and will remain so.
Easy enough to do, get rid of old players and have a plan to improve that doesn't involve relying on aging vets.

1 - Those are generally LAMP threads and the OP then proceeds to get roasted for 2-3 pages depending on the level of cringe in the post because hurt people hurt people.
2 - I think a lot of folks just stop watching football altogether when we suck. I don't think I could look at myself in the mirror if I switched loyalties, that's what Massholes do.

I think it depends how they finish. There’s a real chance they go 2-5 down the stretch. If that happens I think there could be wholesale changes.
The biggest question is does Brandon Beane survive a coaching staff change?
I think his success in later rounds points to that. He can blame the terrible 1st rd picks on McDermott being overly involved there and i think Pegula will believe him. Not saying it's true, just that it's a believable excuse.

Yep. Ken Dorsey has no excuses. But his buddy Josh Allen has some culpability in his firing. Without doubt.
Josh Allen is a child and needs a coach, not another buddy. Agree he is responsible for this.

I disagree. If team is still bad, points only to McD.
You disagree it's a possibility? Ok then. I could not have used broader language.

We are the oldest team in the NFL. None of the injured players on D are young. I think the injuries are more of a reflection of the age on our team.

Dorsey firing unfortunately might buy McDermott another year.

Dorsey needs to be fired yesterday, he is simply not a good playcaller or coach. The defense is missing CBs 1 & 2, our best 1Tech, our all pro MLB and they at least appear to be trying hard to overcome their deficiencies in talent. The offense is pretty much at full strength and playing like a bunch of devoid-of-poise, talentless hacks and it has been most of the season. I blame Josh almost as much as Dorsey but at least he has talent so you have to change the things around him. Firings really NEED to happen.

totally with you. we need to lock him up and take away his freedom to appease our ridiculous passion about grown men performing entertainment for us.
dance for us, monkeys! dance!
That's not what he said. I don't think it's asking too much of a franchise QB to put in some work in the offseason with what they are making - Josh has done it in the past and we see most others doing likewise - he did not do so this offseason.
-
177 with 2 ints is just who he is right now. His processing has been poor all season and he has not looked great thus far. I get flack for saying I don't think he's working hard, but I don't think he is. He has said he doesn't like to watch a lot of tape because he prefers to react to things on the field, he has also stated publicly that he uses the offseason to rest and heal and not to do a lot of physical training - these are not franchise QB answers.

I hate this team so much right now. Fire everyone.

If they wanted to move him, they would have. That's how I feel about it at this point.
Not sure exactly why they are keeping him if they don't want to play him but apparently they like something enough about him to not give up on a 1st round pick. And I don't think it's hubris. He's been good in game other than 1 or 2 games. They just don't trust him in the system for some reason.
There is zero value in trading a 1st rounder who has flopped during his rookie deal. Might as well just keep benching him until he learns how to play.

If we don't pick up some help on D I think you can probably call this season over. We won't be able to keep up with Cinci, KC, or Mia's offenses at all

Are you ready to marry Brady? (Joe)

I mean Josh had Gabe running wide open for the go ahead TD and he just completely didn't even see him. Not everything is Brady.
