  1. If you've watched Najee Harris at all this year you saw he's a special running back culminating with his 5 TD night in the championship game. Would you spend a 1st  round draft choice on him even though the popular consensus is never a running back in the 1st round. Other than a dominant tightend I think the Bills offense would be unstoppable with a guy like Najee in the backfield.

They might flex it, but typically the last couple of seasons - they have been trying to have all of the playoff implication games play out at the same time at 4 PM so everyone is forced to play to try and get in.

We will see, but if things stay on course - I would expect it to be a 4pm game with limited implications.

Yeah there is no Sunday game week 17. All games end at around 4p WCT for playoff seedings.

I like TJ and he should see the field more but don't give up on  Moss. That was his first fumble and running out of the end zone sometimes is a rookie not focusing on ball security. The guy is good and his performance this season has shown he is the inside running complement to Motor.

I'm not giving up on him but in college he ran with a lot more authority and would seem to always not go down from the first hit.

  4. I was really high on Zack Moss being a Utah Alum and watched him alot but I'm not seeing the fire and he's also not that change up from Devin you'd like to see. I'd love to see Yeldon actived to see what he still can do. I'd like to have that bigger back to give usa good 1-2 pinch. Also he would have a fresh pair of legs and probably ready to go.

When the Music City Forward Lateral happened, I took my Bills hat off & fired it at my tv. The hat stuck in the gap between the tv & the entertainment center (pre-flatscreen). Hours later when I'd stopped fuming, I took the hat out, the bill was cracked in half.

Same here. Was on the phone with my friend making plans to go to the next playoff game as the lateral took place. His next experience was dead air as I launched the phone across the room and watched it explode.

So I own a white and a blue TB kelly, but was that white one once yours? Like i said it came from CL and was in a wood frame in front of some drums.  The othet weird thing about most of the few Kellys out there (like the blue in the hof) is that they all have 2 stripes where the ones used in game just have 1. I originally thought it might have been tailored and modded but no one actly wore 2 stripes and as you can see with pre 91 champions some players chose the 2 stripes and some players like kelly religiously cut the bottom one off so i dunno.

No mine just had one thing

blue and red. I don't think they ever wore white throwbacks in 1994. Just the blue. Whatever they had made up for promotion they sold.

You are correct.! I should have taken the 2 min to try and remember better! That said, i still feel like it was more lazy design than cheapness but i guess we will never really know. Being sich an unestablished thing there werent really throwback rules yet. Its always fun to look back and see how much things have changed

Yeah for whatever reason it was really disappointing  that the Bills didn't do it. It was great to see them do real throwbacks for the AFL 50th and continue them. I wish they'd do the home Blues again.

  8. Snow games are the best. December 2002, Bills vs Dolphins. Sun out not a bad day. Ricky Williams breaks off two long TD runs on Miami's 1st 2 possessions. By the 3rd quarter Bills down 21-17 and not looking good. And if sent by God a lake effect snow storm rolled in. The place went crazy. Any Bills players with sleeves were having them torn off by other players.  Jim Kelly was on the sidelines going nuts, steam rising from his head as he jumped in the crowd. The ENTIRE  stadium was singing "Let it Snow"

From the first flake on Miami never knew what hit them. The Bills steamed rolled  them for 21 straight point as the Dolphins shivered by their heaters. It was an unbelieveable experience and the snow had everything to do with it.

January 3rd I want Tua Tagovailoa in a sea of white.i doubt he's ever seen snow more or less played in it. He'll be crapping snow balls and it will be magical.

it was the only game I ever attended with my mother. she was in her absolute glory that night with the Bills winning.....Do you remember the scene I mentioned on the scoreboard with Cosell? The other thing I remember from that night was the absolute traffic nightmare getting into the stadium...we lleft batavia 4 hours early to be able to tailgate and we barely made it into our seats by halftime it was a DEBACLE

It was crazy getting in and out. I don't remember that Cosell moment.  Those were the days you could make signs and hang them. I made one and had a hard time finding a place to hang it because there were so many there about Howard. It was a magical night.

I sat below it many many times in the Batavia party zone. It was the black and gray (white) look you see in some of the photos.

One of my favorite memories of my first Bills game ever attended was the first ever Monday night football game at Rich stadium Bills vs Kansas City circa 1973 . Howard Cosell was there along with dandy Don Meredith Iconic booth guys from back in the day. Someone took a tantruming kicking his arms and legs baby and put Cosells head on it with a caption that said "You're our Baby Howard" and displayed it on the scoreboard....They showed a picture of he in the booth laughing at it......fun memory.

I was that game too. OJ went over a 1000 yards that night only have way through the season and the talked turned to 2000. It was also Halloween or the day before and everybody was dressed in costumes.

  11. I've been searching for a photo of the original scoreboard at Rich stadium. For those who never saw it, it was billed as the very first replay scoreboard ever. Bringing that watching live and at home experience together. What it was though was a giant

sepia tone lite brite consisting of a series of giant light bulbs. While the Bills bragged about it, it was more like going to the the county fair when you were a kid to see the elephant man and when you saw him it was just a guy with a really big nose.

By the last game I saw in 1980 before I left Buffalo, the company had long gone out of business and replacement bulbs weren't available.  I remember looking up for a replay to see a handless catch or a headless player running down the field because there were so many burned out light bulbs.

Somehow it made the whole Buffalo Bills,  Rich stadium experience even better.

Anybody have a photo of the giant

edger sketch that once was the glory of Rich stadium?

The design process that went into the 94 jerseys was a league wide mandate that, at its time, was the 1st of its kind. Before then only one offs in different sports like the white sox in 1991 had messed with throwbacks. Seems crazy today, but only a handful of teams even offered the 94 throwbacks for sale at the team store at replica levels and even fewer authentic. The Bills for example offered no retail version of the 94 duds. There were a few extras for players that were auctioned off or available via team channels for employees but nothing for the people. Let that sink in for a sec how foregin that is by todays standards. Not one, but TWO alt jerseys were worn and not even available to the public for sale. Anywho, it obviously started a trend and now days even though these jerseys have been reproduced over the years with various degrees of accuracy the 75th patch jerseys have become cult classics and often the most popluar Mitchell Ness fb jerseys made and they often sell out the run.

Fun fact. Original merch from 1994 has a hidden word HAY in the 7. Its stitched red and slightly raised, but its an excellent was to tell if aomething is original from 94 or a reproduction

I actually had one of these but sold it. They  show up on ebay every now and then and always seem to be Kelly away ones. That's what I had.
