I am really happy with the Illinois class. Zook has done a great job of pulling in talent for us here. What really floored me though was the BS article in the NYT. The followup pieces in the Trib and the Times actually do a credible job of going over the situation.

You need to re-read the definition of theft then. Theft is not tied to tied to physical property alone. Theft is tied to property which can include tangible items (CD's, etc) as well as intangible items (such as copyrights).
